Very decent traditional burgers! This was my first time trying this restaurant. I asked the worker inside what she thought the best burger on the menu was. She recommended Cheeseburger and I ordered it with fries. The burger was ready in about 10 minutes. It was a pretty good, traditional burger, with a nice combination of toppings and sauces. The fries were good, too - fresh and crispy. The place was very clean and absolutely empty, even though I was there during the lunch hour....

Nice professional staff, great food, great service - everyone was pleasant, welcoming and the ordering process was explained and very straight forward.

inside had an unpleasant smell. You'd think you would only be able to smell burger, but it smells like the air is stale inside - thats best way to describe it without making it sound worse then it is. Bareable enough to eat inside but not pleasant.

I can’t say enough about the incredible service at Burger Factory, especially from Chahat and Harpreet. Every visit, they greet you with the biggest smiles and such positive energy!
What really stands out is their consistency. My order is always a little complicated, but they never get it wrong. In fact, after just a few visits, they actually remembered it by heart that kind of attention to detail is rare and shows how much they care about their customers. Everytime...
