It's very close to the Brooke Street hotel, and the drive thru was very quick. Food arrived after a brief wait. The meals were correct, hot and freshly made. Bacon was crispy and the burgers were pretty good. Far cheaper options than dining at the hotel.

The hygiene of the restaurant has declined in recent years. The napkins haven't been replenished for over two quarters. The self-service beverage area, which should have been stocked with napkins, is always sticky. The way they mop the floor was baffling. Normally, after mopping, they wring out the mop as much as possible and then mop again, but when I ate there, I saw a completely wet mop used to clean the entire place, leaving water everywhere, and then nobody seemed to care. There wasn't even a sign to prevent slipping. And this has happened more than once. The sliding door at the entrance has been broken for a long time and hasn't been repaired. It takes a lot of force to open, and I've seen elderly people struggling to push it open on more than one occasion. I respect the workers from the developing world and the working class, but I've been eating there for years, and the hygiene has been worrying. This is the only Burger King near me, and I go almost every week. I have nothing to say about the service; I don't need any service, but I at least hope for napkins and a clean self-service beverage station.

When you think fast food, you think consistency, quality and speed. This location is consistently awful, quality is not a term that they are familiar with, and keep you in the drive through as though you’re waiting for a five course meal! Checks all the wrong boxes! For the record, ordered a completely burnt Melt meal and fries that were sitting on the counter while I waited close to 20 min in the drive through!

You are always gonna have a ridiculous wait even with an empty restaurant. Last week I sat in the drive through with one car one front of me,took them 15 min to serve them,at this point I waited another 5 min and hadn’t had my order taken. I go inside and there’s one couple in there eating and had been for the now 25 min I’d been waiting. Person in line in front of me and myself,they go: we’re not doing dine and takeout for another 15min for some reason. Manager and another employee go out for what I assume was smoke break and come back in. 10 min later I got to order. Ordered my food and then stood there as it was ready for another 5 min before they bagged it. Went again tonight,no one in drive through or restaurant,waited 15 min for my food,I always order 2 sandwiches with extra mayo and they never put the extra mayo,in fact,almost have less than normal. Everytime I go it’s an empty restaurant and INSANE wait. Do better please. Also being back the mix and match whoppers ffs

That was the most depressing group of employees I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. They all looked depressed and didn't speak or look at me when I was ordering. They just stood there silently, looking at the screen, waiting for me to say something and pay. Ive never seen anything like that before.

Probably the last burger chain that keeps their burgers the same size . My favorite takeou burger. Double whopper with cheese. Wish we had a burger king in CP.

Everything i received tonight was completely over cooked liked it had been sitting there for the whole day...
I dont really even know where to start with this. The food was well below average. Burgers were dried out. Poutine was unbelievably salty and the pop was flat. The server didn't even acknowledge us being there for 3 or 4 minutes when we were litterally the only ones there. I stopped coming to this place because the food was awful a long time ago and it seems nothing has changed. Will definitely not be back again. It was also extremely expensive considering what you get.

We stopped at Burger King for dinner after enjoying a night at Magic of Lights, and needless to say our night went downhill fast. The bathrooms were extremely unsanitary and honestly disgusting. It looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, maybe even months. The tables were dirty, nothing was wiped down, and the whole restaurant just felt unclean.
We quickly ate and left because we were so uncomfortable. The food itself was subpar… not hot, not cold, just “there.”
We will not be going back. If 0 stars were an option, that’s exactly what I would choose.

I guess the owner does not care about the cleaning the place . The computer, counter , the machine to pay. Seems to be a year that not been cleaned.
