Will never be eating here again. I got a whopper combo and it was not warm or fresh at all and the fries were way over salted. It tasted like someone left the burger sitting out for 2 hours and then was served. Not a fan of this garbage company as Wendy's and A&W quality blow them out of the water. However, the location at 527 hunt club atleast serves their food hot and fresh and is the only one I'd go to

While the food is good here, much needs to be done about the environment at this restaurant.
The window at the Drive-Thru is grimy, with the entire space from the lightning up to the corners of the window all covered by cobwebs, with trappings of other insects within.
Mentioned this to the associate who served me… & this wasn’t the first time.
I don’t understand how it’s not possible to have that area at the drive thru pickup window swept or cleaned everyday, given you serve food there.
Burger King, especially at this location, needs to focus more on keeping their environments clean.

The experience was so bad specially manager gets rude and she used different eyes expressions to show her aggression and they give wrong order, chicken to the vegetarians. It was my second time that I visited there, the experience was totally worse 😓

There service is so bad that they don't even treat people with smile. It was really bad experience for me.

I have one important request for the staff: when a customer places a large order, please take a moment to double-check that all items have been included before handing it over. Customers shouldn’t be expected to count every item, especially with bigger orders.
It was extremely frustrating to realize—after getting home—that some of the items I paid for were missing, particularly because they were for the kids. This kind of oversight really affects the overall experience. I hope more care can be taken moving forward to prevent similar situations.
