Tried the nachos, spinach dip and poutine and everything was tasty. The nachos were loaded and cheesy, the poutine was solid comfort food, and the spinach dip was nice and creamy. All hit the spot. The food was good wish it didn’t cost around 70$ Would recommend giving it a try if you’re in the mood for classic bar-style appetizers

It was not bad, and we may go back for the entertainment. The club was okay, but I was not a fan of the spice used. It was the reason I stopped buying clubs at Chances R. Wife's burger was great, as were the fries and the fountain pop. Service was excellent and surroundings clean. I'll try something else on the menu next time.
4 days ago Wednesday 15th. Service was not normal, too many forgotten items by server & kitchen. 1 server for approximately 6 tables and 30 customers. My club was very good but request for mayo on the side forgotten. Waited 10 minutes for correction. Wife ordered chicken quessadillla. Bad mistake. No chicken and no guacamole as requested. Chicken was kitchens fault, quac was server's error. New quessadillla provided but just chicken and cheese, nothing else. They should not be serving a dish that they have no knowledge of or follow what the menu advertises. Meal was inedible. Busters deducted 40% of that meal without our request. When an order has not been edible there should be no charge. Once again, the server was not totally at fault. She was obviously overwhelmed. We gave our usual 20%.

Had a great time on New Years Eve at Busters Bar. From the decorations, to the live entertainment by The Back Beat and impeccable service, it was so much fun. A special thank you for the delicious gluten free meal! Everyone enjoyed their meal. A perfect way to start 2026.

The staff are very friendly and the service was good. The restaurant is clean and surprisingly very big. They have live bands and dancing on certain nights. And they have a shuttle bus to The hockey games on game night. The food was good and the prices very reasonable.
We visited Buster’s in Ottawa for brunch and really enjoyed the experience. The restaurant has a large, open space that feels comfortable and welcoming. Our waitress was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The breakfast was simple but well prepared, and the potatoes stood out with the addition of onions, which added great flavor.

Mediocre at best. Breakfast, all three adults, was bland and boring. We couldn't finish it. Coffee was not good. Server disappeared for 40 mins - never asked how our food was, never asked if we wanted our bill. If we didn't care about laws, we would have walked out on the bill but we paid even though it was not great. We won't be back again.
