Poor experience. I wouldn't go again to save money as the food wasn't so great either.The staff microwaved the danishes in front of us. At that point, I could have heated something up at home if I wanted the pleasure of heating up pre-made food.It also took time for us to place an order as we had to ask the staff if we could order since they were too busy chit chatting.The seating area needs to be sweeped and wiped down more often.The only good thing is that they have Cheesecake Factory cheesecake that I'd just grab n go if this is the only place that serves it.

I’ve been here a few times & although the baked good are delicious, the service is quite slow. First time it was busy so waiting a while for coffee was expected. The most recent 2 times, the service was painfully slow & it was not busy at all. Both of those times there were other staff members doing nothing but standing around or sitting in the back. It took over 10 minutes from the time I ordered a latte before I received it despite 2 ppl prepping (while another guy was literally standing around that seemed to be waiting for a few minutes for his shift to officially end instead of offering to help). What irritated me is the fact that after I placed/paid for my coffee, the girl took the other 2 customers behind me order instead of making mine (the other working staff member was making a sandwich) & they received their coffees before me (1 was brewed but the other was a frappe which uses a blender). The staff could probably use a refresher on how to work more efficiently to get orders out in a timely manner.
I can't believe the guy in the front put my danish in the microwave in front of me and served me that, then I got a milkshake which they put ice into and made it icy on top of that when I was about to pay he didn't even ask me to choose if I wanted to tip or not for such horrible service and prompted me to pay. I asked for a receipt and I see that he chose an amount of tip himself for me to pay. Ethically for any store to do that is ridiculous..... If I could give negative stars I'd give that. I showed it to the next customer what they did and we won't be returning ever.... Completely mannerless.

The staff were friendly during our visit.The hot beverages are good. I got the cappuccino with oat milk and it was good.As for baked goods, the almond croissant was really good. I would recommend getting it warmed. The oatmeal raisin cookie is on the sweeter side but soft. The biscotti was not bad. They have different flavours, some tasted better than others.Definitely a place to visit if you are in need of a break between shopping.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly staff and kid options available
