Great ice cream...

I just ordered choco brownie extreme and there is plastic in it. This is unacceptable, i am spending money and this is how i have been served. I could have infected with stomach infection or any serious illness, which could have cost my life. This is simply unacceptable from a franchise like DQ. I am one of the biggest fan of DQ but I will make sure that none of my friend visit DQ(especially not this DQ).
Anyone who is reading this comment, please don’t visit this DQ , if you want to save your life.

I went into the DQ the other day, the place was packed with customers and only 2 people working, I would have had to wait 2 hours if I wanted food. So I left and went to McDonald's, and got served in 5 minutes. The DQ needs to hire people.......

I'm a hitchhiker, ive come to this spot often throughout the year because i find the atmosphere relaxing, the boss always had compassion for me, I come in and always feel welcome... but this time, everyone gave me the stink eye, I ordered an ice cream, and I asked if I could fill up my water bottle, but the person in charge of the kitchen used a condescending tone with me making it sound I would take something other than water... I was so let down that I left without my ice cream that I ordered, told them to keep it or keep the money, I dont need that kind of behavior from people... this place is getting bad, there's so many people who treat the less fortunate like we are trash... pathetic people working there now unfortunately...

Decent branch that's open late. Pretty clean. Food is ok.

Consistently ignorant staff is an understatement. Young people working here are so rude. Like if looks could kill, I'd be dead. They also cheap out on the toppings Consistently. Gross place. Save your money and your gut health.

Thank you to the young gentleman who told me he is deaf and lip reads every single order. I thought he was extraordinary (a super power!). I learned a lesson in humility, patience and kindness from him today. We all need to slow down a little. Thank you, sir, for the great customer service!

Nothing is better than a blizzard on a warm day with the kids. Staff was quick and awesome even flipping the cups for the kids to see how great they were.
