I can only describe their burgers as "meh". They're edible, but they're usually dry and a bit on the chewy side.

Food was delicious and statistics over the last few years have been consistently in that trend. Service was decent but was slightly slower then expected, atmosphere was crazy with a lineup going all the way outside of the store despite it being 13 Celsius. Always a great place to have a desert.

Everytime I come to this specific location the staff always goes above and beyond. One instance I was having a rough day and the drive through girl totally made my entire day. And tonight I just went through with 10 minutes to go and the boys gave me the best chicken wraps ever. ? Just love this location. Thank you guys!

Dear lord, you can be the only customer in the store and it takes rhem forever to even take your order. Then, when you do, you still gotta wait longer.

Received a request from DQ to fill in a survey and earn 100 loyalty points for completion, following an order I placed.
Answered all questions in the survey 2 days after the date I ordered, and a week later, still have not received the 100 points. When I contacted DQ customer service, I am told they will look into it and get back to me. Their answer is that the survey needs to be completed within 3 days. Clearly whoever is looking into their customer relations needs to pay more attention.

This survey seems like a scam as they offer something and then don’t hold up to their end of the bargain. Disappointing!

Food is great when you actually recieve it in my case someone forgot to give the main part of my order to the Uber Driver. Writing this review only because this incompetence has happened more than once now from this location. I wouldn't order from this location using a delivery service. Very frustrating.

The place is always busy when we go but the line flows quickly.

I was wast the counter for a good 5 mins before anyone acknowledged we were here. It was not busy and the staff were talking at the back of the store.

This place is brutal. Just once, I'd like to get served through the window like a normal drive thru. They make you pull around front,
and someone brings it out when their shift ends.
