Well they don't know what customer service is. There is all you can eat option in the menu, and we ordered that for all adults. Kids meal for the 10 year old. A toddler wants to share a sip of soup with his mom . That's against the policy. It is expected as a family each person has to order there own food and eat only that and how the waitress and manager decide. I didn't know there is no courteousness. Such a shame treating folks with no empathy or compassion. Never gonna return and suggest don't eat here . You will spend close 100 cad and also end up feeling disrespected .

Went last night with a friend and everything was great! The food was delicious, the seats were comfortable, and we had an incredible server. This review is mainly for Chris! He was awesome with us and made our experience so, so great.

I haven't been to an East side Mario's in at least 15 years. Honestly, it was tastier than I remember it, but it comes at the cost of incredible calorie counts per serving
The service was extremely friendly but dishes needed to be corrected as they came out; as an example the salad that came out to the birthday girl had no staging on it. Silly thing to miss by the line prep and server.
Atmosphere is what you expect for a busy be comfy but hurry and get out for the next service kind of place.
Not bad experience. Felt rushed and I know both the birthday girl and the one paying for the ten meals and drinks were a little let down on service.

Been a while since I have been to an East Sides. Food was below average, soggy salad, decent Hell's kitchen but unfortunately something in the meal made me sick later.
Eastsides is always a great lunch or dinner spot. Food is delicious and they have a great selection. This locations service is slower than others, even when the restaurant only has a few customers. Portion sizes have gone down over the years as well.

My girlfriend and I went back last Thursday looking forward to chicken parm and all you can eat salad !
To start …we came in as a couple but we were seated in the back in the middle with the crying kids and the broken tv although…. those nice booths at the front are half empty. no big deal we didn’t say anything but the hostess should read the room
Next our order. . Apparently they out of chicken parm at 7pm? … the number 1 dish. We ordered something else .
We get the salad all you can eat and comes so soggy because it was obvious it was so far pre dressed . And no cutlery .
But it can’t be all you can eat if the sever never comes back to ask if you want more before mains come . Is that the money saving tactic?
Cold and wet pasta noodles with under seasoned sauce .

Visited my younger sibling and tried some food delivery service! Dinner for 2 was delicious! Not recent yet felt they deserved praise!

While the food was decent—we ordered a chicken amatriciana as well as a veal parmigiana—the service left a lot to be desired. Our server Jaron was rude and dismissive.
My partner tired to flag him down twice and he downright ignored us and never checked on us during our meal. My partner had to get her Pepsi by flagging down another server.
Every other staff member that we talked to other than Jaron provided excellent service and it would be a shame for others to be treated in this way.
