I made a walk-in order and watched in shock as 1) the guy in the back touched my calzone with his bare hand to see if it was warm (after doing other things around the kitchen) and 2) the young woman at the front handled all my heated up food without washing her hands, right AFTER she was on her laptop, processed my payment at the cash, touched her face, and and touched a counter that had a bunch of other non-food related things. Food safety here is a major joke and I don’t even want to know what it looks like in the back!!! The vibes were off when I got there and that should have been a red flag. The only good thing is that they didn’t argue with me when I asked for an immediate refund.
I liked the Rochester location and they never played in my food, but I would never go back to this nasty Kanata location and wouldn’t recommend ordering from here at all.

Delicious pizza and suppli! My husband and I went to Italy earlier this year, and the pizza from Farinella is comparable to some of the pizza we got in Rome. The suppli is also authentic!

No idea why people like their pizza ?? even my kids can not stand it. Terrible dough, very hard and oily; ingredients are not great either, never fresh… and we’ve had the chance to try it at different circumstances and from different locations, just terrible. Not an Italian pizza, not American style either. Do not recommend it at all!

We went ( 2 persons) on Sunday, August 4 to have some gelato, being so terribly hot and humid. The idea was to eat in the place (as it says you can dine in, but it is not any place to eat inside the premises). They make pizzas, it is too hot and there are no tables and chairs. We asked for 2 large gelati. We were surprised there is only one size cup, very tiny. The lady serving said they have only one side but a large can accommodate 3 scoops one on top of the other. The only place to eat was at the patio, but as this was under the burning sun, quite a bit further in the garden there was long bench under a bit of shade. By the time we got there, the gelati was melting so rapidly that we had to eat them pretty fast while our hands got dirty and sticky, even though we took several napkins. When finish eating we asked to go in to the washroom mainly to wash our hands. The same lady told us there is neither a washroom nor any other place to wash our hands and suggested to go to a restaurant on a next street-mall to go to a washroom. What kind of service is that? It is the first place I found that serves a large gelato (of course charged like it) on the same small size cup as a the small gelato. How come a place that serves food doesn't have a washroom for customers? Don't count on these two customers again.

Usually these kinds of Gelato are very cheap to produce and for 500gms it won't cost more than 3$ if we make it at home. It is very easy to make, check for recepies on YouTube.

Same perfect as Rochester branch. One of the top 5 pizza, I have ever had. Authentic and real italian pizza
Meter long pizzas original style and authentic taste a hit. Gelato flavors were rich and refreshing. Seems to support an all take-out only mode.
Limited seats available on the front porch and surrounding greenspace. A little extra seating arrangement would make this place a more convenient hangout to enjoy the delicious selections.
Parking location less obvious also a bit limited and tucked away at the back of the building.

A co-worker told me this was the best pizza he has ever had (and as a world traveller I thought I would give it a try). The Margherita pizza was unbelievable, and the Rossa was surprisingly incredible. So very worth it and we will definitely be back.
