Firehouse Subs Kanata Centrum

Great food, and friendly service. Negative points for not having mobile or Uber orders available in the marked pick-up spot. We had to wait in line to pick up our mobile order, while in the meantime, our food was getting cold.

We placed a catering order for our baseball team while in town for a tournament. This location was wonderful to work with! Clear, friendly communication and even worked with us when we had a last minute schedule change due to weather. Staff was very helpful and so kind! Would order from this location again - highly recommend!

I enjoy firehouse subs and order from the other location more frequently. I'm always disappointed with the packaging. Please use the firehouse subs paper bags. This plastic bag is completely unacceptable.
I have mentioned this in my doordash comments last year too.

Today was our first time to this location and I am going to say without a doubt was amazing. The staff were very kind and willing to explain the menu, the restaurant was very clean and organized. Thank you to the kitchen the subs were awesome.

Love the food and service here. There seems to be an issue with the rewards system for online orders. I try to use my points for a free cookie or brownie but it always says it's unavailable at this store. When I pick my order up, there's always a basket full of them at the cash. Please fix the website.

Every time I order from here, the food is supreme....tip....make your bread garlic toast for every order....so delicious, and you will not be disappointed....thanks guys!!

Came here 5 minutes before closing and they acted like it was 3 in the afternoon. First time I ever did that without the staff getting irritated.

I recently tried the Philly Steak and Cheese sub and was impressed by both the quality of the food and the overall experience. The portion size was generous, the flavor was excellent, and the customer service was prompt and attentive. It was a positive dining experience that exceeded my expectations.

Garbage! $100 for dried out over done food meatballs were burnt and dried out chicken was gross we asked for extra mayo they gave us none on our subs best part of the meal was the cookies that’s pathetic would never return!

Had a nice meal at Firehouse Subs raising evening. Service was excellent. Our subs looked like they really took attention to making them look and taste great. The server was friendly and quick to serve. Staff took attention to keep the place clean, including a washroom check, and I could see additional staff in the back checking their products, Everything you could ask for in a dining experience in a smaller establishment. KUDOS to firehouse subs.
