I am just in love with the spicy cajun chicken of firehouse subs. Their subs are literally too good and the staff is so kind. I enjoy a lot every time i going there.

Last week I stopped at firehouse subs on Terry Fox. It use to be my favorite place to go for a sub . I ordered a meatball sub. I do not live in the city and this use to be a real treat as there is no firehouse sub in the small town I am from. Only 2 of the meatballs were edible. All of the others were burnt and hard as rocks. I almost broke a tooth. Unfortunately it was too far to drive back. Verry upsetting to spend close to 20$ for a meal that went in the garbage. My dog wouldn't even eat it. 😡

I ordered a meatball sub around 1045am. It was microwaved. The meatballs were not hot in the middle and bun was soft and soggy, fresh out of the microwave. Haven't been to firehouse since they first few years they opened won't be back to this one.

This place is one of the best for sub! From the manager to the employee making sub, everyone is super friendly and fast! I go there with 4-6 subs at lunch time and they make it in 5-10 minutes maximum without any mistakes! We have been having sub from this place regularly at work and we have tradition saying “Firehouse Friday”.

Great food, and friendly service. Negative points for not having mobile or Uber orders available in the marked pick-up spot. We had to wait in line to pick up our mobile order, while in the meantime, our food was getting cold.
