I recently visited my cousin, and she graciously invited us to breakfast at this lovely place. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with plenty of seating options. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. They were also very helpful with refilling our coffee, which was a nice touch. And the food was absolutely delicious!

My family and I recently had breakfast here. The service was terrible…no warm welcome or smile, long wait, kept forgetting about us, and we had to repeatedly ask for things (cutlery, ketchup, water, etc). We’d all ordered the big breakfast (now $18) and it was anything but. Our eggs were literally see through - no way these were two eggs. The “French toast” had very little coating on it and the home fries were undercooked. So disappointing. We’ve had breakfast here countless times over the years but hadn’t been recently. We suspect the change in quality is due to new ownership. We won’t be giving them any future business.

Ridiculous experience. Placed order for 5:30, showed up and found the store people overflowing out the door. Turns out they keep accepting time frames for orders that they know they can't meet. Store filled with unhappy, frustrated customers. When eventually was served after 20 minutes (now at 5:50), was told they didn't know when the order would be ready.... Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a pizza at 3:52pm on a Friday for 5:30pm delivery. At 5:56pm called the customer service call centre and was told by a supervisor that the pizza was at the store ready to go. At 6:24 called customer service again and was told there was a technical glitch and they are just making the pizza. I asked what the policy was for this kind of error and was told I could get 1/2 price off the next order. So I cancelled the order and made sure to get a refund. I did not want to wait until 7pm for my Pizza. I have been ordering from the same Gabriel’s location for years, but this is unacceptable customer service. Time to find a new pizza place to give $50 a week to.
I am a huge Pizza lover. This Gabriel pizza is the best in town. Food, quick service, ambience, staff you name it and this is the best place. Their patios are also awesome. This is now my GO-TO Pizza store and would highly recommend.
