Ordered a pizza at 3:52pm on a Friday for 5:30pm delivery. At 5:56pm called the customer service call centre and was told by a supervisor that the pizza was at the store ready to go. At 6:24 called customer service again and was told there was a technical glitch and they are just making the pizza. I asked what the policy was for this kind of error and was told I could get 1/2 price off the next order. So I cancelled the order and made sure to get a refund. I did not want to wait until 7pm for my Pizza. I have been ordering from the same Gabriel’s location for years, but this is unacceptable customer service. Time to find a new pizza place to give $50 a week to.

I am a huge Pizza lover. This Gabriel pizza is the best in town. Food, quick service, ambience, staff you name it and this is the best place. Their patios are also awesome. This is now my GO-TO Pizza store and would highly recommend.

Pizza was fine. However, ordered a large pizza..half pepperoni and half plain cheese. Guess we got lucky on the first slice of cheese. The other 3 slices had pepperoni UNDER the cheese. That can’t happen.

Your delivery drivers are going to kill someone in the parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous that they think it’s OK to drive as fast as they do when children and family’s are around.

My son ordered a pizza using the App but his bank card was refused several times so I gave him my card to use. The app didn't accept my card either so he paid at Delivery. He then noticed his card had actually been charged 5 times!! My card was also charged. However, after sending several emails to head office, we are not getting a response! I am so disappointed with this service. Gabriel's has been our go to pizza place for over 20 years. Not anymore.
