Good was delish! We had 2 custom poke bowls that were delicious! The portions are perfect, the ingredients are fresh, and the service was wonderful. We will be going back 100%

Food was fresh and very delicious, I had a poke bowl and tuna roll, both were excellent. Staff was kind, engaging and attentive as I dined in. Shop was clean with a simple decor. I would highly recommend and will be returning.

I was pleasantly surprised by the chicken poke bowl, it was incredibly tender and I was initially hesitant to try it because my experience with chicken poke bowls from other places has often left me disappointed. Typically, the chicken is dry and chewy as if it had been sitting out for hours but not here. The beef poke bowl was equally impressive and again, tender and flavorful. I’m not usually a fan of kimchi and have tried it at several restaurants but this one changed my mind. It was well seasoned and had a mild flavor without the overpowering taste that I usually dislike.

The portions were generous and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of rice, vegetables and meat. I’ve had a lot of takoyaki in the past but this one truly stood out. The sauce was incredibly well balanced and seasoned, enhancing the overall flavor.

The tempura was cooked to perfection, though I felt that the mayo sauce didn’t quite pair well with it. In my opinion, the traditional Tentsuyu sauce would have complemented the tempura better but that’s just a personal preference.

The nigiri sushi was fresh and well prepared, rounding out an already delightful meal.

Lastly, by the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the owner with a big smile. The welcoming atmosphere, along with the excellent food, made this experience memorable. I highly recommend giving this place a try, you guys won’t regret it

First time ordering from Yu sushi and poke and it did not disappoint! Just ordered a poke bowls through Uber Eats, and it was fantastic! The fish was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were spot on. Generous portions and beautifully presented. The portions are amazing! Worth the price! Highly recommend this place for a delicious poke experience!

I work in the area and have been meaning to try Yu Sushi N Poke Kanata! I popped in for lunch yesterday with craving for sushi and I was SO impressed with the menu! I spent about 10min reading over the menu and trying to decide what to order. The gentleman working told me all about the menu and I eventually decided on the Tuna Poke Bowl! It was Delicious with all of the ingredients being so fresh. ?
I told all of my co-workers and texted some friends too. I will definitely be back again! Thank you for a great meal and amazing service!
