Got my order wrong, it came without the pearls. Milk tea tasted fine but it's pretty watered down. Having 70% as regular sugar and 100% as extra sugar is also strange. Never seen this from any other gong cha location.

This place has always gotten my order wrong, every single time. Their drinks are disgusting and not worth it, plenty of other bubble tea options in Kanata. Do not go here

Worst Gong Cha I've been to. We ordered two, none of them ended up correctly. We asked for no ice for both, but one still had ice in. We asked for no sugar for one of them (repeated twice), but it ended up with regular sugar. Also they ran out of large plastic cups and cannot seal the cups, extremely not convenient for takeout. Also their self-order machine is broken 🥲

I've tried Gong Cha in other places, but this one was a bit slow. I called ahead to order my drink and when I came to pick it up, the guy completely forgot to punch in my order. Came by on a Saturday night and there was only one worker and very few people inside, but it took quite a long time to get my order. Besides he slow service, the drinks were good.

The tea was watered down, I ordered the milk tea and it was more water than milk. Sparse tapiocas and overall disappointing. The place was much better before but has been getting worse.

Decent bubble tea, but I got there 11 mins before closing to get a drink just for myself and was turned away. Other people were in the restaurant too and waiting for their drinks, and there was no line to order. If there is a deadline to order, it should be communicated clearly. Drove for nothing.

It really depends on luck. First time we got good drinks there. Second time I got bubble tea that the pearls were old. They were hard and stuck together. The third time I got a bubble tea for my son, and he had a diarrhea.
The place is small, which I get. The drink I ordered was SUPER GOOD. The workers speak so quietly you can't really hear them, no offense.

Clean establishment. Ordered a large and was given a regular size. The mistake was corrected and they apologized. Perhaps order at the kiosk on the side if you already know what you want, as the servers can get pretty busy making the drinks.

Overall, it was what we ordered and how it was supposed to taste like. The paper straws always throw me off, especially when having bubble tea. I was also not a fan of their cups it came in. They were a flimsy plastic cup, and mine cracked, which in turn ended up all over my and the car. I will say they were great when it came to fixing it. They gave me a new cup completely. Attention to detail is lacking, since the person before us got there, drink and left, but the lady behind the counter announced she forgot to add the sweetness and giggled... saying they hope the person comes back. . . . for first-time customers, this is not good, especially the giggling about it.

This place needs to find a better way for preparing orders. People that ordered after me were getting their orders before me. They were mixing up the cup order so it messed with the overall flow of people getting their drinks. To add, the cashier added a different topping than what I asked for.
