After a long COVID break we went to Amuse on a Wednesday evening. The server was the best, warmly greeting us and engaging is conversation during the meal. We had the Tuna Tatare that was excellent. Then ordered the Lamb Shank and the Paella to share. The Lamb Shank was the winner.
Amuse Restaurant is well worth trying, if you’re looking for great food and a wonderful overall experience! My wife and I were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary and we’re treated like royalty in this cozy restaurant. Our evening started off with complimentary prosciutto wrapped pickles and goat cheese. The sharing plates we chose were the Figs and Grilled lamb chops. We lived the quiet atmosphere, friendly service and of course, the amazing food. We enjoyed the suggested selections of tartare and braised lamb. Beautiful plating and presentation.
