I don’t understand why they offer all you can eat when they cannot handle it. If you keep ordering everyone giving you dirty looks, once I tried going to my second order on Ipad it said this message in image, which is offensive. I want to eat as many calories as I want without being shamed for it, its an all you can eat!!
And food was mid to be honest, not a wide menu option.

I'll start by saying the food was really good. But what an experience. Everything was going great tonight at hockey sushi. Until I had to go to the restroom. Was finishing up my business, and come to find there's no toilet paper. I waited patiently but no one came in to my rescue. Then I saw that someone had left me 1 sheet of paper towel wedged in the stall panel. It was enough to get me into the other stall. But there was no tp there either. Anyways I figured it out. Food was great and I appreciated the authentic staff. I got a nose bleed and drank a Molson Canadian. Just need toilet paper.

Went there with 3 friends. Half way through the meal we found a piece of hair in the food. Wrapped tightly in one of the sushi rolls. I personally did not feel hungry anymore even though I was still starving. They took the plate back to the kitchen. And they offered only 10%off for the meal and refused anything more. Even though all 4 of us were still hungry. And we lost our appetite. The stuff are not very respectful and at time they walk past you when your trying to get their attention. Manager which was the rudest out of all them just laughed when I told her about the hair in the food. I don’t recommend this place to anyone it’s my first time here and my last time. Plenty of amazing places in Ottawa.

We order takeout from Hockey Sushi a few times a year, and it’s consistently excellent. They always get the order right, it’s always ready on time, and the food is consistently delicious. Their website makes ordering a breeze, with clear pictures of every menu item. Highly recommend it for sushi lovers!

Always a great experience at Hockey Sushi. We used to just order sushi for pickup but tried the buffet a few months ago and we're hooked - even made it our Christmas Eve dinner. The kitty robot is a nice touch too! --- Update 2024: Just took my kids there to celebrate a birthday, and Hockey Sushi was something that we were all waiting for with baited breath.
