I'll start by saying the food was really good. But what an experience. Everything was going great tonight at hockey sushi. Until I had to go to the restroom. Was finishing up my business, and come to find there's no toilet paper. I waited patiently but no one came in to my rescue. Then I saw that someone had left me 1 sheet of paper towel wedged in the stall panel. It was enough to get me into the other stall. But there was no tp there either. Anyways I figured it out....
The sushi was good, but the sweet potato was undercooked. The servers were not happy, the sneeze guards between the booths were filthy. There are much better places to go at the same price point.
We order takeout from Hockey Sushi a few times a year, and it’s consistently excellent. They always get the order right, it’s always ready on time, and the food is consistently delicious. Their website makes ordering a breeze, with clear pictures of every menu item. Highly recommend it for sushi lovers!
