If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. Service is absolutely non existent, never came to table other then when waved over and that's after trying to get a hold of them for 10 minutes. Food came to table cold, tough and tasteless. I have been a customer of the kanata noodle house down at hazeldeen for years and this version is equivalent to temu. Will never return.

I have read many of the reviews of this restaurant and can not agree with the majority of them. The quality, value and execution of the food is in no way of a high caliber. The broth has no depth of flavor, spice or richness, closer to water or a powdered broth. The noodles are over cooked and mushy. The shrimp spring rolls are 99% vegetables and offer very poor value. I understand that costs are high and margins low but you still need to offer your guests a reasonably good food experience. With so many quality Vietnamese restaurants I will skip Kanats Noodle House and take my business elsewhere.
