When it first opened they would not allow you to order at the window for the drive through, they need you to place an order online for pickup. Now they are allowing window orders, I've been waiting in line for over 30 mins when I ordered online for a 10 min ready to pick up order. This is not satisfactory. And when you go inside this location, they all seem miserable to work there. It's just not a great location if you're looking for a timely service or a smile with your order.

Kettlemans is one of my favourite places. I haven’t been to this location in awhile and I was super excited to go for breakfast this morning. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with how downhill the quality has went. The bagel I got must have been several days old - did not taste even remotely fresh. I asked for extra cream cheese and there was barely any on my sandwich. Our order had issue with it and instead of giving us the stuff that was ready, they went and fixed the issue while the rest got cold. Huge disappointment!

First off - nothing is listed on their drive thru menu so as a first timer I had no idea what to get and the employee was less than helpful. Waited 15 min to get up to the window and when I got to the window the employee had no clue what my order was (was very simple plain bagel with plain cream cheese) asked me if it was a 12 bagel pick up so looks like no one knows what they are doing at this location. $5 for cold sorry excuse for a bagel

When I show up almost an hour after opening and you only have 5 kinds of bagels ready, that's very frustrating and why I walked out without ordering. I understand it was New Years Day, but come on. Sadly, they had none of the kinds we were looking for either. Maybe it was a one-off, but I don't live in the area, so I won't find out. 😪

Just went through the drive thru at the Kanata location and waited over 15 minutes for my bagel. The bagel sandwich was delicious however the latke was completely frozen in the middle and was completely inedible.
