Disappointing drive-through experience. The lady who first took my order seemed ready to make it, but then a manager-looking guy stepped in (seemed like he was scolding her). He handed me soggy, cold fries and a drink that was 2/3 ice.

Terrible experience. Purchased 4 meals, waited 30 minutes, brought home and order was wrong. My son went back with photo of order and receipt to rectify the issue. Manager said we were wrong that we had the right food given to us, despite showing a photo of the order being incorrect. Wasted over an hour trying to talk sense to management, which was a complete waste of time. Lots of chicken places in the area, do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. Zero accountability, zero customer service.
