“4 stars because the food is actually pretty decent. They aren't as cheap about using ingredients as they used to be. The main issue is they NEVER have anything ready. You guys need to trust the business model and actually provide the hot and ready menu. Today I had to order my food since the only thing they had ready was the breadsticks. Needless waste of 20 minutes.“

The staff are clearly overworked and understaffed but still manage to be friendly and helpful.
The pizza itself is average, similar to other fast food pizza chains.
I usually go for the Detroit deep dish—it’s okay but doesn’t quite compare to the original from Buddy’s.
Overall, not bad for the price, but there’s room for improvement.
Parking: Huge parking lot, it’s in a Strip Mall.
