I wanted to order pizza from there but there is no way to customize a veggie pizza, to add or remove toppings, i called them to add toppings and they said the manager is not there and we cant add any toppings without her approval! Like seriously they are ready to lose clients because the manager decided to take off and not come back for the day. Manager did not even appoint anyone else in charge for making decisions! Like seriously, they dont seem to be there for customers.

This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience.
I called in a pizza order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, I was informed that my order had never been entered into the system. This is basic operational responsibility, and failing to even place the order shows a complete lack of professionalism.
The front staff then retook my order and asked me to wait another 20 minutes. After waiting again, the kitchen still managed to prepare part of the order incorrectly. Although I received a refund for the mistake, it does not make up for the wasted time, inconvenience, and frustration.
The behavior of the staff was equally concerning. The employees were rude, and the front employee was openly yelling at the person who originally took my order. This created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. Being “busy” is not an excuse for poor service or internal chaos. If this location cannot handle customer volume, it should not be operating as a franchise representing a larger brand.
Due to the delays and incompetence, I had to go to McDonald’s to purchase food for the rest of my family. This experience reflects poorly on your management and overall standards. I expect much better from a franchise location.

Oh my goodness I ordered two deep dish pizzas one was pepperoni. One was bacon pepperoni I also ordered a cheese pizza and breadsticks with four garlic sauce…. So the deep dish pizzas were the best I’ve ever eaten ‼️‼️ hands down they were so fluffy and light in the middle and the edges were crispy where they needed to be and it was so mouthwatering. It just was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. My son had a cheese pizza with breadsticks he said he would’ve gave everything a 10 out of 10 and so do I. It was so hot when I got it home I can’t say enough of how well everything was.🤩🤩 I’m just so sorry I didn’t take any pictures in hindsight. I wish I did because everything was beautiful.😋😋

Always consistent pizza where ever you go. I walked in this one smelling something funky I couldn’t tell if it was body oder or someone’s lunch. The staff greeted with a smile and was very polite!

2 weeks ago This unfortunate one can’t go unreviewed. Hope it gets addressed and even taken over by someone that follows health regulations.
Around midnight as worker for the city plowing snow for long hours.. I entered this location to pickup something simple and ready. Nothing against any culture or background but the Punjabi music was blasting with no one to be found. After tapping the counter someone poked their head out and sent out the other working gentleman. Came out with both hands twirling his mustache, and as I was inquiring about what was available he pointed to simple bread sticks work sauce, all the while pinching the inside of his nostrils.
After paying for my food, I just couldn’t stomach even touching it at all in the evening. I had to throw it out as I was immensely disgusted.
This is food handling at its worst!
This experience has very much ruined Little Ceasars for me. Too bad

The pizzas and Crazy Bread here are incredible! I pre-ordered online, and when I arrived to pick up my order, everything was ready right on time in their convenient pick-up portal. The food was still hot and fresh, making for a perfect first experience. Since it was my first time using the pick-up machine, I wasn’t entirely sure how it worked, but it was easy to figure out.

The pizzas and crazy bread here are absolutely amazing! I pre-ordered online, and when I arrived to pick up my order, everything was ready right on time in their convenient pick-up portal. The food was still hot and fresh, which was a great start to my first experience. Since it was my first time using the pick-up machine, I wasn’t quite sure how it worked, but a friendly employee patiently showed me the process and made everything super easy. The combination of delicious food, timely service, and helpful staff made for a seamless experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for more pizza and crazy bread soon!
