4 stars because the food is actually pretty decent. They aren't as cheap about using ingredients as they used to be. The main issue is they NEVER have anything ready. You guys need to trust the business model and actually provide the hot and ready menu. Today I had to order my food since the only thing they had ready was the breadsticks. Needless waste of 20 minutes.

This place has just gone downhill year after year. Minimal ingredients and low quality. 80% increase in costs in less than 5 years and took away parm cheese unless you pay more. It's litterally the thing thay made little ceasers unique. Now it's just cardboard with sauce and a trivial amount of cheese. It's not good value anymore.

Place order pepperoni pretzel crust, and hula Hawaiian. I was told it would be about 5 to 10 minutes. I waited over 45 minutes. When I got home. Pretzel crust was horrible not edible, and Hawaiian was under cooked had to bake in the oven then it was ok. Third bad experience in a row. I'm never going to recommend or eat there product anymore.

You get what you pay for it, it wasn’t bad for the price, what I had was pizza and Italian bread, had to fill myself up with the bread since pizza was not very edible, nothing gross just tastes very bad and not like pizza

It's smelled dirty in here, and the pizza for hot and ready was warm at best very disappointing since my 3 kids wanted something else to eat. Also the amount marinara sauce was almost nothing to the high price for it. I'll definitely never go back. Convenient or not. It's honestly not worth wasting your money.

Ordered pizza in person. Said it would take about 20 minutes, ok no problem. Come back 20 minutes later, have to wait another 12 minutes, and the deep dish I got is undercooked and soggy. And I was overcharged for the crazy puffs, which are labeled 2 for $8 but they charged me $10 for the 2. Not sure about the extra pepperoni I asked for, on the receipt it has it billed separately, $1.50 for "on the side" and an additional $2 for "toppings charge". Weird that a pepperoni extra pepperoni comes out to the same price as the ultimate supreme with 5 toppings.

Picked up three pizzas and they all tasted like cardboard.
Every time I've ordered from this location, the food has been hot, ready upon pickup, and tasty. They also occasionally have some great deals or fun new items to try.
My favorite part is that it is extremely affordable when you want to have a pizza night. It's greasy, cheesy and that buttery garlic parm stuff they put on the crust is so dang yummy.
Definitely my go-to when I want fast and cheap pizza.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I waited 40 minutes for my order, only to receive the wrong items. The delivery driver took a longer route than necessary, which added to the delay. When the order finally arrived, there was no receipt, so I couldn't even verify if it was my order.
After pointing out the mistake to the delivery driver, he became extremely rude, snatching the order from me and spilling a sauce packet on my driveway in the process. His behavior was completely unprofessional.
When I contacted the restaurant, the response was equally disappointing. The person I spoke to was indifferent and only offered a refund, without any effort to rectify the situation or offer an apology.
This experience was frustrating and ruined my special day. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant. After waiting for 40 minutes, my order arrived only to find it was incorrect. The delivery driver took an unnecessarily long route, and when he finally arrived, there was no receipt for me to verify the order.
Upon informing the delivery driver of the mistake, he reacted rudely, snatching the order back from me and creating a mess by dropping a sauce packet on my driveway. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, the person on the phone was unhelpful and simply offered a refund without any effort to resolve the problem or apologize.
This level of unprofessionalism and rude behavior is unacceptable. This experience completely ruined my mood and a special day. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I enjoy Little Caesars Pizza. Nothing is better than walking into a pizza place and walking out with 2 medium pizzas in under 5 minutes. Mmm good!
