Whiskey was a great server and she worked well with her team. Food and drinks were perfect. Everything arrived as ordered. This is hands down the best Lonestar in Ottawa.

Disappointing experience at the Kanata Lone Star. We were told they were out of chicken wings, yet the table beside us (who arrived well after) was served multiple orders. The queso appetizer was watery, my steak was bland and overcooked for medium rare, and the churros were inconsistently cooked, 2 welldone and two golden. The fajitas were good as usual. Not looking for compensation, just sharing feedback, as this location was far below the standard of other Lone Star restaurants.

Our waitress, who I believe was named Blaze, was so fast and friendly. We sat down and were immediately helped. We had our drinks out fast. We did not order appetizers and yet our dinner was out quite quickly. We didn't have to wait forever to pay the bill she was right on top of things. On top of all that we showed up over 15 minutes early and they accommodated us so nicely.

It was a long wait for food. Longer than we have waited for food at a Lonestar. Server was apologetic but manager should have come over to say something as well.

The food here is great with multiple options you can choose from ranging from Texas style to Mexican style. The atmosphere makes us feel we are in the Texas with the signs and boards all around. The service is great with staff members putting effort into their craft with vegan options with most items being halal. Would highly recommend!!

The staff were very accommodating and handled a group of over 20 people without any problems. The food was excellent, as always. Wait times were reasonable. I often come to this restaurant to celebrate staff accomplishments since the staff has always exceeded our expectations.
