Absolutely love this place. I’ve been going here since high school, craved it all through both my pregnancies AND their garlic dip is unmatched. The service here is incredible. I was given free dips when my husband tried to make his own pizza and needed something to save it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. A gem in Kanata

Lovely pizzas and Subs. Had the pleasure of getting attended to by Younis and he was such a pleasant gentle man. Very polite and friendly. Got my pepperoni pizza ready in time, tastes even more delicious that I anticipated. Customer service is amazing.
I’m coming back here for more pizzas and will be trying out their 3 decker club platter.

Always cooked to perfection, amazing staff and a very welcoming vibe. Sauce is saucing and they are always ready on time. Hands down one of my favourite pizza places. If I could give this pizza sloppy toppy I would because it’s that freaking good. I don’t write reviews often so this is just proving to how much I enjoy this food establishment.

I only ever get from mainly two places when I get food. Milano's or Lorenzo's. This has got to be my worst experience with Lorenzo's in 20 years. And most definitely my worst experience at the Kanata location in over 25 years.
My donairs look like they were slapped together in seconds with the minimal amount of ingredients that you could hold in your hands. I could literally wrap my fist around the donair. Meanwhile the bombs that it came in for my platter was absolutely filled with curly fries. So it seems that I paid $30 for a donor with added bacon which was 1/3 the size of my side dish which was curly fries. I ended up getting two of these platters.. for a grand total of $58 and change. After giving a 10% tip it came up to just under $65. And I tell you right now after seeing the food.. I would not have paid more than 40 bucks if I would have known what I was getting. I don't know who they're training these days. Or how they're training them. But I will never order from Lorenzo's from the Kanata location ever again. The two young gentleman that serve me were quiet and polite. Lee but obviously have no idea on how to make food from a Lorenzo's restaurant. Which begs to question.. who now owns this restaurant and why has it gone this far downhill?

The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the service was amazing—so friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Everything came out fresh and full of flavor, and the staff really made the experience even better with their great attitude and attention. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service.
Great service, specifically for celiacs. Ordered gluten free pizza for my kid. They were more knowledgeable, used cleaned cutters.

You know when you have high expectations about a meal, and it just doesn’t happen? Well that’s what happened. Pizza was greasy and crust was soggy and limp. Maybe a busy Friday night could explain but I think I’ll keep looking for a place that is more consistent. Post Script. The next morning, the Owner called to discuss my review. He was familiar with my order and took full responsibility suggesting that in his efforts to get the product out, he may have taken the pizza out prematurely. Sincerely believe he took observations as a make it right opportunity! Good for you. 👍👍

On top of that our 4 year old is a little odd when it comes to pizza and wanted pickles as a topping which of course is not offered because why would it be. We put in the comment if it was possible could they do that and not only did they add pickles on to her pizza but they did not charge us for it either.
