Terrible service. I had to ask for someone at the cash, then the person had no idea what they were doing. Clearly needs more training. Then I had to ask for my order. The supervisor should be on top of things. Poorly managed place.

Employees are consistently in a negative mood with little attention to customer service. Management doesn't seem to be addressing it. Shame management has gotten worse since the beginning of the year.

I had one of the worst experience ever at a McDonald’s store. The manager Smit kept shouting at all the employees. Every customer in the store felt uncomfortable with his behaviour. If you are a manager you should create a healthy work environment rather than creating unnecessary authoritarian behaviour. I hope somebody takes an action on this as soon as possible.

During my visit, I was disturbed by the way the manager, Smit, was treating the staff. He was shouting at employees loudly in front of customers, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. Situations should be handled calmly and privately, not in a way that embarrasses workers publicly. This behavior creates an unpleasant atmosphere for both employees and customers. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures a more respectful work environment.

I had a very uncomfortable experience during my visit due to the manager’s behavior. He was loudly shouting at employees in front of customers, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Regardless of the situation, employees deserve to be treated with dignity, especially in a public setting. This kind of behavior creates a negative environment for both staff and customers and reflects poorly on the management. I hope this is addressed so the workplace remains respectful and welcoming.

I waited 30 minutes inside while I saw the drive thru clear three times for a basic breakfast order. This location does not care about those who are waiting inside. Very frustrating experience.

Kiosks are out of receipts and staff is clearing orders from the In Progress/Now Serving board ten minutes or more before the order is actually ready. Cold drinks and ice cream products are left standing out for extended periods of time around heat sources.
