Employee sweeping 🧹 the walkway and parking lot at 7:00 AM Monday oDecember 23rd could care less on what they were doing! I sat in my car after ordering a coffee in the drive thru and observed him sweeping trash around the entrance and the drive thru are without picking up anything. Actually he swept cups and trash up over the drive thru curb area into the median and walked away!

Consistently the worst McDonald’s out there. I mean it’s a McDonald’s so it’s still the same food but??? Do they not train the employees? This time I got a breakfast wrap which wasn’t even wrapped (a consistent problem at this location with sloppy sandwich making) and the worst decaf coffee imaginable. Was it made last night?

Every time I order a McDouble meal they automatically choose a medium drink costing me extra and never ask me to upgrade, this is very sneaky - when I order a Big Mac they don’t upgrade the drink to a large without telling me

Pretty good food and fast service (unless like every single person from Kanata is there). Kind of hard to understand employees sometimes tho. (For dine in and take out section I do both)

Don’t know what’s wrong with the store, my English muffin was over cooked with a plain black color, for the first time I call, they said they will sent me an offer, but I haven’t received after a week. I call it again, and a lady start saying that they do not sent offer. Omg such a bad experience
