I pulled in here after driving from Trenton. It's probably the best McDonald's I've been to in years. Large parking lot, lots of space inside, fast friendly service, bathroom wasn't locked, lots of condiments available, and they actually accept cash!

This McDonald's drive through was incredibly busy. So it made absolutely no sense that our fries were stone cold. When asked for new ones we were told to wait in the parking lot.
Fifteen or so minutes went by and no fries. I went up to the window and asked about them. Surprise, nobody was ever going to bring the fries and the replacements were not much better.
Still scratching my head over this one.

they claim that they are 24 hours, i ordered on their app and went there to pick up but drive thru was closed and all doors are locked and theres someone inside that ignored me, just drop your 24 hours sign if it's not 24 hours. the night crew are the worst.

For your staff to have no customer service..it's sad... for your staff to take my order with a YA! Crazy... but what is insane is the manager saying I should speak right not even heading what her own staff say...... do better in life it's mot hard

This takes the crown for new worst mcdonalds in town. 2 days in a row "latte machine don't work.." convenient when its busy and they just dont want to make them..
oh and they just don't have any bread, if you want anything it has to be a mcgriddle or just eat a hashbrown lol.

A pretty modern McDonalds on the far north edge of Kanata, both drive through and order in is fairly prompt but car park is cramped, especially at the collection window, and of course you have to turn round if you want to go any other direction than north.
Otherwise it’s a McDonalds….

This place has gone down hill. Almost every time we order it’s “pull to the next window or park in spot ## “ We don’t order complicated items and usually it’s 1-2 items max. Even order ahead on mobile doesn’t matter we end up parked waiting 10+ mins. Terrible drive thru service.
