Ordered two bacon and egg McMuffins at the drive thru, add mayo no cheese. Pretty simple right? Nope. One had mayo but no bacon, the other no mayo, no bacon, double cheese. Rock hard McMuffin. Not even sure how that happens. I don’t expect genius, but my 3 year old could make me a sandwich more accurately. Shoulda just thrown my $10 in the garbage.

I ordered a double big mac and got a regular big mac instead. Didn't realize until i got home so it was too late to point out someones mistake. Not impressed. Everything else was fine.
Update Sep 2025, from a 2 start to 1 star - The rewards have gotten worse, the large fries are now 6000 points instead of 4000 which have been that way since the rewards program was put in place. The coupons come out maybe once or twice a year now and there is barely any of them
A & W is a Canadian franchise and now has a rewards program. I will be going there from now on instead of an American chain.

The elderly guy at the drive thru at night always gets drink orders wrong. Ordered an iced coffee with extra cream and a strawberry fruitopia with no ice... ended up getting an iced coffee with barely any cream and an orange fruitopia with lots of ice. How hard can it be to make a drink?

I’ve been really disappointed with my recent visits. My McGriddle had a hard, dry bun, and other orders were missing ingredients. This location used to be so much better, but the quality has really gone downhill.
