McDonald's receives high praise for its consistent, commendable service and good food. Customers have positively reviewed the friendly staff. The happiest most friendly crew in North America works here. Vivik, who works the night shifts, has been absolutely incredible, very friendly, efficient, and patient. The staff in the morning are friendly and do a wonderful job. Some mornings they seem to be understaffed, but those who are there work diligently to get the orders out as quick as they can. The drive thru lane is narrow and quite a difficult maneuver, but it is typical in the city of Ottawa. The food quality justifies a high rating for this location.
