Great Service and wonderful nice people

Always gets my food wrong and than today. Charge went through to my card. No food. Because it didn't go through there stupid system than im expected to pay again. Mind you I already paid with my card. Now I don't have enough. And im told im not getting my food. What a waste of 20 dollars that I'll never get back. So many better McDonald's in the area. Just go to hazeldean honestly

I am writing to formally express my complaint regarding a very unpleasant experience I recently had at one of your McDonald's locations.

On the day of my visit, I ordered a cappuccino. After placing my order, staff members approached me twice, each time asking me to wait a few more minutes because the milk machine was not working properly. I was repeatedly asked to wait without any clear explanation, apology, or proper communication, and I ended up standing there for an unreasonable amount of time.

What made the situation significantly worse was the behavior of one of the managers. Instead of apologizing or handling the situation professionally, the manager approached me, looked at me, and said in an aggressive and inappropriate manner:
“Why do you look so upset? We have been working here since 5 a.m.”

I found this comment extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. As a customer, I should not be questioned or blamed for being unhappy after waiting for a long time with no proper service. This behavior was completely unacceptable and far below the level of customer service I expect from a well-known brand like McDonald’s.

I visited the restaurant simply to buy a coffee, not to be spoken to rudely or made to feel uncomfortable. After this interaction, I requested a refund and decided to leave, as the situation had become very unpleasant.

I strongly believe this matter should be taken seriously. I hope appropriate action will be taken, including proper customer service training for staff and management, to ensure no other customer experiences similar treatment in the future.

I look forward to your response and appreciate your attention to this matter.

Just consistently the worst location to pick.
Last time I went inside I saw a staff member leave the bathroom toilet stall and not wash his hands. Also, if you want something they'll be out of it trust me. There are better locations a bit further in Bells Corners or on Hazeldean, just don't go here.

OMG - Never go here just before switchover to lunch. We waited 15min ish for brkfst. Coffee was very weak. Food looked like it was unwrapped then wrapped again (not encouraing)

The 2 staff holding down the store on Halloween night were doing a great job, but there should have been more staff. The drive-through line was wrapped around the building.
