I ordered a burger pizza and according to the menu it was supposed to be topped with lettuce, pickles and mayonnaise, but when I got it home and opened the box, I was surprised! There was nothing on it... It was disappointing. My first experience with Pizza Milano.

Ordered delivery came burnt on the top and undercooked dough, called them they sent a new one out. That came fine from the top, but dough was even more undercooked. Called them again the guy said “that can’t be true etc etc” and told me to call back later because he’s busy.
If u don’t know how to make pizza don’t open up a pizza shop lol…

I ordered a large meat eaters May 31, 2024 for lunch and I have to say it was one of the worse pizzas I ever had. Two inches of crust all the way around, sauce maybe 2 table spoons, anyway it was gross. With tip and taxes it was over $46.00. A deluxe delisiou from food basics is better for $5.00. I had a friend over from out of town and it was actually embarrassing to serve this pizza. Frank Visutski, Kanata

Service was excellent. Will be passing by every now and then.
Can no longer justify ordering here. Pizza was burnt on the bottom. Toppings overcooked, sausage was dried out and leathery, crust was too hard to be eaten. Seriously disappointed for $60. Pizza was eaten, kids were hungry, but it was a waste of money.

This was an awful experience. We ordered a medium pizza and pasta. First of all the pasta was left behind by the delivery driver. And he told us he is just the driver so we called the restaurant and they blamed the driver and and said another driver was on its way. This is the first time that I have ordered Milano's pizza and it will be the last. Their medium pizza is so small I thought it was a personal pan. When the pasta finally came. It was the original one that was just sitting under the heat lamp to dry up and get crusty. But their sorry excuse of can tomato sauce would have tasted bad no matter what. The garlic bread was hard as stone. I ask that time a customer tells you a mistake was made own up to it and prepare fresh food instead of serving garbage.
