After waiting for 20 minutes for somebody to even notice me... The kitchen was out of most of the food. The food that I was brought was cold. Kids were running around unsupervised in tap shoes... All in all just a bad experience

I normally don’t complain…I understand the food service industry is short staffed these days…but we waited over 30 minutes just to be acknowledged by a waitress who walked by several times…and only had 4 tables total…to get a drink order.Then we didn’t get our food until another hour later!!! Yes, it was wing night, but it was not that busy.I usually would still give credit if the serving staff even put forth an effort…but unfortunately the staff member we got was very unfriendly (you could see her roll her eyes) and just didn’t seem to care at all. I get people have off nights but this experience was unpleasant enough for me to write a review.We were a group of 12 that could possibly give them some business every Wednesday as our children have a practice close by…but now we will be looking to go elsewhere.

I have been here numerous times now, the food is top notch, if you want good food, its 5 stars....but want to wait forever....this is your place.I have no idea what these servers are doing most of the time, the service has been atrocious every single visit.Food 5 starsService 0

I went there last Thursday. First we weren't getting waiting on, had to go to bar my own drink. And bartender was a pick head . Order pizza which was disgusting. Dripping oil off itlike a water fall. Waitress was spaced out . Asked for manager and never saw anyone. Very bad place to go.

Had the pleasure of visiting Moose McGuire's today for lunch, and had the Club Sandwich. It was very tasty and flavourful with large portions and very yummy fries. The prices were reasonable as well. If you are in the area give it a try. My only complaint is some of the vinyl seat benches are worn out and split, in a few booths, making sitting uncomfortable. But don't let this small issue stop you from enjoying a great experience.

I've been a few times now: I want to like this place. It has a nice charm, dinner if the booths have Nintendos setup, lots of TVs for sports, and regular live music, and the menu looks good.However, each time we've gone we've been disappointed by the kitchen. On this last visit, we waited 30 min for our food (burger and mussels), and the bacon and patty were burnt. The creamy garlic sauce on the mussels want very garlicky, but the spicy tomato sauce was great.All in all, it's good for beer and wings or nachos, but I keep getting disappointed by other menu options.

Food was good.. Soft drink was no more than 8 oz. ( served in smallest mason jar I’ve ever seen) and cost us over $5.00 for two. No refills. A little overpriced!
