We had a small mix up with our reservation and were worried we would not get a table. The manager on duty, David McNeil, stepped in right away and assured us he would take care of us one way or another, and he absolutely delivered. This was our date night without the kids, so it meant a lot. They got us seated quickly and even brought out complimentary pot stickers, which were outstanding. For mains, my wife had one of the newer fish dishes and I had the steak. Both were excellent. Drinks were great, and they topped it off with a chocolate crème brûlée cheesecake that was honestly amazing. David checked in throughout the night and genuinely showed he cared about our experience. Our server, Regan, was exceptional from start to finish. I spent 20 years serving and was always very particular about timing and presence, making sure to be attentive without being intrusive. She nailed that balance perfectly. Regan was warm, attentive, and timed everything flawlessly. She deserves the highest praise. If every server operated like her, restaurants would never have an empty seat. And with management like David, I doubt they will. I rarely leave reviews, but these two made our night. Highly recommend this place and this team. Well done.

Great location, free parking, god food with a variety of options to choose from. Plenty of drink options. Table service was good. The server was good. I was disappointed in that I had made a specific reservation for six people with a specific table however when we arrived they had given to table away. The manager offered free desserts for the inconvenience however they were not offered or served at the end of our meal. As we had out of town guests, this was disappointing.

Stopped in at Moxies Kanata for a business lunch and had a great experience. The food overall was really good; the Vindaloo was absolutely amazing, full of flavour and perfectly spiced. Someone in our group ordered the steak salad, which was tasty, though the sauce was a little on the dry side. Still, no real complaints from anyone at the table.
Service was smooth, the atmosphere was comfortable, and it’s definitely a solid choice for a professional lunch or casual meeting. Would happily return.

Since the first time she served us, she has giving us exceptional service! I have a bunch of allergies and she’s always extra careful with me. We had a great meal here - we chose to come here for a movie and dinner night. The service was excellent, quick and attentive. They had a selection of mocktails on their drink menu which was nice to see as many restaurants have very limited options for non-alcoholic beverages. The ones we picked were both delicious so I’m eager to try more. We found the quality of the food and portion sizes good. We ordered the crispy rice sushi as an appetizer to split and our mains were the Chicken Rigatoni and Beef Vindaloo. We were both happy with the food we got. Finally, the ample parking and movie theatre adjacent to the restaurant make this a perfect place for a pleasant night out.

Stopped in to celebrate a friends bday and we sat at the bar around 18:30 yesterday march 12.We were greeted by a friendly bartender who was on her A game all night. I was too excited to drink my large euro to remember her name but she was everything you want as a bartender/server. Blond hair if that helps We had the small nacho with chicken *her recommendation and a beet salad. Both were unreal. We had been the previous Saturday and had received equally amazing service for a table of six. You guys may have created a regular. Thank you

We had one of the most memorable and genuine experiences with our family this afternoon. They were very accommodating of our growing group size in the lounge. Our server, Marley, was very attentive and super thorough in dealing with some specific food restrictions at our table. As loyal visitors of Moxies in Kitchener, the food was hot and delicious as always The stand out was Andre. The Manager on Duty. He was observant about our visit, responded with extreme respect and empathy and went above and beyond, not only as a sign of empathy for us but also in respect of the surrounding community. We are extremely grateful and could not recommend more ❤️
I felt bad showing up after our concert at 11:20pm when I knew they were closing at midnight. I was surprised to greeted and accepted by the staff so warmly. We quickly ordered, ate and peeled out of there at 12:05. Our waitress appreciated our awareness of the situation and was very gracious. The food came quickly and was bang on.

Leaving Milestones in the Centrum plaza as my family was fully ignored even to the point the server started serving the two table that just walked in even though we were sitting there waiting to be served a long time before them. I want to thank Moxies as they were 4X busier than Milestones the atmosphere started off friendly with a smile 😊 from the host and she had no space yet got us a booth to the right of the bar which we did not mind at all. The server was attentive and so quick and paid attention to detail. Every moment walking by checking in making eye contact and incase we needed something. The non-Veg options were great from the appetizers to the meal 5 stars but my wife’s Vegi meal lacks spice of taste but that happens at a lot of restaurants….. even after saying that it was a great experience I won’t lie the tip more than 50% showed that hopefully and showed our appreciation. It was much better than Milestones not even acknowledging that we were there. If your choosing between the two Moxies hands down better staff creating a much friendly atmosphere with no prejudice at all. Not sure if it’s the same owner.

My daughter (16) and her boyfriend had a reservation here for dinner on Valentines Day. It was her first dinner date out and it doesn’t matter how old they get you still picture a little 4 year old heading out the door, but Moxies took great care of them. She particularly commented on how sweet and kind the server, Olivia, was (special shout out from me, I know my girl and how many Shirley temple refills she can get). They truly had such a great time together and I really just want to acknowledge the hard working staff that made her first Valentine’s Day a memorable one. 10/10 would recommend.

Very thin cut of steak smallest ribeye I have ever seen it was very over cooked I would describe it as a streak you would get at a cheap breakfast diner not a $65 dinner. Server never came back till I asked for the bill then never came back to pick up the $. I left it under my beer glass hope they got it.
