I left a voicemail on the number on their website and nobody ever got back to me, so I'm leaving a Google review. I don't know if this is standard, as I don't work in the building and just popped in on my lunch break to try them out, but nobody was wearing a mask...not the people preparing my salad, not the cashier, not even the person at the main welcome desk. The only people wearing masks were a couple of guests. I know I should have probably said something at the time, but I was too stunned and nervous to do so (I'm working on it). It's a shame, as the salad was excellent, but the whole experience left me feeling really weird. Maybe it's an office cafe that caters mostly to the people who work in that building, and maybe they're all vaccinated and I'm just being paranoid, but they are open to the public and they did serve me. I would not come back, based on this experience.

The booking process is easy, they are very friendly and accommodating, always on time and the food is amazing. I eat here every time I have meeting at Head Office Ottawa! Love the space, and the food is amazing. So nice to be able to get a healthy meal at a reasonable price! (Smoothies are super tasty too!)

Had lunch here for the first time ever. The food was incredible. I ate vegetables l don"t usually like and truly enjoyed them!Head Office and its bright colours and open concept really give you a feeling of energy. What a great idea for businesses that need a space for special meetings, conferences or just a place to work on your own. Truly impressive. I highly recommend checking it out!

Loved the food and ambiance at My Bistro. My Mango Thai salad was delicious and beautifully presented. My husband's pumpkin squash soup and veggie wrap were also hits. I was delighted to discover that Bridgehead coffee is finally available in Kanata and thoroughly enjoyed my latte. Big win on all fronts!

You won't quite believe the quality of the food. I mean, it's a cafeteria in an office building, right? Well first, it's not your usual office space. And second, it's DEFINITELY not your run-of-the-mill cafeteria.These guys are passionate about food and it's immediately evident. The food is fresh. Like really fresh. The dishes come out looking like works of art. I'm not one to photograph my food. Ever. But I've had to a couple of times, mostly because I don't know if my friends really believe how good the food is.And no matter how good the food looks, it tastes even better. I've had some of THE BEST SOUPS here. Seriously. I have friends meet me here and they're always amazed. (I love introducing people to great eats!)The food is generally quite healthy. Tons of veggies, salads, etc. You can eat lunch and feel pretty good about it, They make their own dressings and mayo from scratch. I cannot tell you how much this adds to the flavor!They usually have some pretty rocking options for dessert too. Chocolate chip pistachio cookies? Yes please!And the prices are quite reasonable. I'm not sure where else I could go to get food this good for this price. $10-$12 for lunch. I spend more than that at McDonalds.And you get to enjoy the food in a pretty great space with tons of natural sunlight and some big tables you can spread out at. You just can't get this experience at any typical lunch spot.
