Worth meal of 2025.
Appetizer : roasted goat cheese on menu. Came as a bowl of warm tomato sauce with goat cheese on top. Tasted bad, looked like leftovers put together.
Burger meat was obviously poor quality and frozen. Was impossible to cut it with knife, fries bellow average. Did not eat. Husband got pasta, did not eat. Overall expensive for very very low quality food. Places obviously focuses on margins and not quality

My husband and I dined at Options last night and were served by Kylah. She was not only personable, knowledgeable about the menu and attentive she went above and beyond. Some of our food came out late and after many apologies she ensured there was some compensation on our bill to make up for the mistake. Although we did it expect anything what she did was very much appreciated. I would definitely dine there again and request to be seated in her section.

We ate dinner tonight...the steak was below average and under cooked and they weren't accomodating at all.... Very unfortunate because we love the hotel...

Came here for my anniversary dinner, I was very let down. From looking at it online I was expecting a fine dining experience, a fancy restaurant on a golf course with live Jazz music. However, i was met with a hotel restaurant… they have TV’s inside showing a hockey game, which is unheard of at fine dining establishments. Being able to see the hotel lobby is also visually unappealing. The food is good but not alot to choose from. If you are planning for a special occasion i’d choose elsewhere. This is more of a casual spot.

Appetizers are top notch and plentiful, bartender perfect mix of friendly and leave us to our own, drinks delicious. Live music nice ambiance, furniture comfy.

A special place

Disappointing. Was hoping for a wonderful dinner with jazz experience. Waited 10 minutes at the entrance then had to be seeking attention to be noticed. Though I had made a reservation, it seemed to have been forgotten. I was not seated at a favourable location to be able to hear the music but was easily accommodated with a better table near stage. The Octopus was delicious but I will never recommend the ravioli. The person serving me was quite lovely however too busy to tend to my table. I had to pour my own water and my own wine. Why do we have to pay service fees?? Why? Brookstreet Hôtel should really do something about the acoustics in that room. It is not designed for good sound. So, I don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon.

Had an amazing evening at the Jazz Lounge. The pianist Robert, is an outstanding talent and so fun.
