Grabbed a chicken pita for takeout and the whole experience was super smooth. My order was ready in under three minutes, which was honestly impressive. The staff was friendly and efficient, and everything felt easy from start to finish. The food hit the spot—fresh, filling, and exactly what I wanted. It’s a little pricey for fast-casual, but the speed and service make up for it. Solid spot when you want something quick and dependable.

Decided my body was tired of ordering food that started with MC so I decided to start the new year trying this place out and omg what a great choice. I had two gyro pork and everything from the bread to veggies was perfect. Do not sleep on this place it is unreal.

Very patient, the lovely lady that was working at 5:50 pm on Oct 11 with braids, made me feel so comfortable and explained all the options. She provided amazing customer service and should be given a raise. As someone with anxiety it is hard to find someone that explains the options and does not rush you. 5 stars and if you see this lovely girl tip her! (The food is always amazing and fresh)

I want to say that I went to the restaurant between 6:00pm and 6:10pm in October/3 and the manager was extremely rude when talking to me. She spoke to me in a really awful manner just because I was asking a lot of questions since it was my first time at that restaurant. She basically humiliated me in front of everyone there, and I felt like I had to leave. It really affected my mood, and I’m never going back to a place where someone like that works.

Love pirho and order from here often! As a vegetarian though I really wish there was a tofu or some other plant based protein option!

The food was amazing and tasted so fresh!!! Unfortunately, we will never come back here as it was 50$ for 2 people for lunch which is crazy.

I went kind of late (around 830pm) today and the grains and lentils were rancid

My first time here and when I walked in I was greeted very pleasantly by Melanie . I told her I have never been at this location and she explained the menu very well and what are the various combinations. i got a bowl with chicken and i also wanted to taste the meat ball and the braised beef. The food was very good. IMO the chicken portion was slightly small but overall quality of all the ingredients was excellent. The meat ball was excellent. I told Melanie that her service was excellent and she invited me to come back to the restaurant. Overall i was impressed with the quality of food and service. This business is very fortunate to have a great brand and customer service ambassador. Excellent. When back in the Ottawa area I will surely visit again.

I visited here on March 14th, 2025 around 1pm. I was immediately greeted by 2 girls who seemed very annoyed that I walked in the building. I ordered 2 bowls. The first girl doing the pitas and putting the rice and lettuce in the bowl was rolling her eyes at me and talking rudely to the others. I’m a shy person so all I wanted to do was order my things and get out of there. I really felt like I was an inconvenience. When it was time to pay, I asked the second girl who was taking my payment if I can add a pita onto my order (I’ve never been here before so I didn’t know you were supposed to order your pita when you first got there) the girl looked at me, rolled her eyes, and looked over to the other girl and said “add another pita on there” and the girl making the pita goes “UGH” and rolls her eyes and throws her hands in the air. I immediately wanted to cry. I kept apologizing and kept my head down the entire time. It wasn’t busy at all when I went. There was only a couple behind me. I have anxiety and this made it so much worse. The food was so good, but I honestly won’t come back to this location if those girls are working again. They truly don’t belong in customer service. If they don’t want to be bothered with orders, then you’re at the wrong job.

Lots of options for both vegetarians and omnivores! We both had pitas and they were filled to the brim and delicious. I was tempted by all the good-looking desserts but will have to try some on our next visit - looking forward to it.

Pirho is always my go-to for take out. The quality and quantity of fresh food is always amazing. Best bang for buck for a take out place
