Great service after a small hiccup! I had an issue customizing my online order, but when I called, the team was wonderful. They called me back to understand the problem and happily fixed my pizza (extra olives, no tomatoes!). Really appreciate the understanding customer service.

Worst location ever ! Placed orders multiple times. And had some sort of issue EVERY single time. Today was my last straw. The last time I ordered. It took them almost 2 hours to deliver my pizza ( 10 minutes away ). To make matters worst. The driver forgot my drinks. Called them back. This lady rude lady who I always seem to get on the phone had told me I would get a credit on my next order. Which I figured I would get today. But nope. The same lady who told me that day I would get a credit. Told me. I don’t have one ??????? Figure that one out !

Unfortunate that I have to put a star…you do not deserve! You have changed the app and certainly not for the better! You used to have a pay at the door option… you no longer have that and I don’t ever plug my card number in an app. I have been a long time customer and have spent an average of $60 per order! I am no longer a pizza hut customer! Oh, when I tried to call to place the order, I was on hold for 6 minutes and then it hung up…real user friendly!!!
