I order pizza in the morning to pick up afternoon between 4:45 pm to 5 pm I’m here around 4:58 pm and she told me the pizza is not ready wait 15 mins. Not good the customer service.

Ordered from this location, took an hour to deliver (they are a less than 10 min drive from my house), pizza came cold, wings came without any sauce (we ordered garlic parmesan).
They offered a free 3 topping pizza or a reorder to come in, which is fair enough, but who wants to wait for another hour when they’re already hungry after a late delivery. We just reheated the cold pizza and moved on with our lives

Absolutely terrible location!!! I've had several issues with my order and the pizza is not quality. Received a half baked pizza. This pizza was meant to be free due to issues from my last order. Never again.

Meh. Had never been here before but the price was right. $12. Med. Tues deal is pepperoni. Staff was on hands training so... Not much personal service. Easy ordering on line, though. I ordered and paid on site, my preference.
Mostly a take out place. A few tables inside if needing a seat for a quick lunch. It was convenient for me today re location, lots of parking but it won't be a regular spot.
I remember awhile back Pizza Hut was THE best when I was in high school. It's sadly not the same but ok. Needed salt but at home, that's a quick fix. Otherwise, a bit bland. I'd request more sauce if I did return. I like the thin crust option. Cheese was fine. I was early getting it so very hot and fresh.

Don’t ever get delivery from this place, they like to toss your pizza on the ground, ring your bell and leave!!! I called the restaurant and they say “there’s nothing we can do”, really? I paid a delivery fee and tipped the driver thru your app, maybe the least they can do is refund me for those things and at a minimum tell the drivers to hand food to the customer instead of throwing it on the ground! I’ve called and complained other times before this instance and they do nothing. I am no longer a customer!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Ordered two pizzas for pick up. One being without pepperoni and light tomato sauce. Picked up and it had pepperoni and heavy sauce. Called to let them know and spoke to two of the most incompetent people I’ve ever heard. Took three people to get out the email to send a screenshot of my order to. Finally I was told they would remake it. I show up, and proceeded to sit there for 15 minutes until the manager came out basically wondering why I was waiting. He brings up Alfredo sauce?? Something no one has mentioned. Zero brain cells between the group of them except Andrew. They never even began remaking the pizza and had to wait 30 minutes. Trash location

Great service after a small hiccup! I had an issue customizing my online order, but when I called, the team was wonderful. They called me back to understand the problem and happily fixed my pizza (extra olives, no tomatoes!). Really appreciate the understanding customer service.
