Amazing company! There was a slip up with Uber. I called to inform Pizza Hut what happened, and they quickly reviewed my order and offered me my full order with quick delivery. I will definitely order again, the pizza is delicious 😋

Would leave no stars if I could.The food was delivered but left on the step in the rain, no knock on the door or a call! Couldn’t even get a refund for it, got a “credit” for next time, not even a legit one it’s written down on a sticky note that will probably get lost in a day.

Only went to this location cause I was in the area. Pay extra for pepperoni lovers. No cheese let alone, extra cheese....pepperoni scarcly scattered, def not on and under cheese. WORST PIZZA HUT. Go to Innovation to pick up, never disappointed. They actually put topping on it

ZERO STARS!!!!. This is the second time that my order has been delayed and I can't talk to anyone. I ordered my pizza online at 4pm and it sent me an email saying estimated time 435 to 445. I checked the tracker at 445 and it said my pizza is being prepared. I tried calling customer service to get answers. After being on hold for 10 mins my order finally said in the office. They had no answers and said they would transfer me to the store for an update. It never sent me to the store just back in the queue where I waited another 10 mins to be hung up on. Now I am expected to get my pizza at 525. Almost an hour after expected time. This is unacceptable!! If I could talk to the store I would be cancelling and demanding my money back.
