I recently visited Pizza Hut at 5045 Innovation Dr #200, Kanata, ON, and had a truly appalling experience. Around 3 pm, I witnessed an employee, who appeared to be of Indian descent, engaging in extremely unsanitary behavior. He was scratching himself inappropriately, including his private areas, and then proceeded to knead the dough without washing his hands. His clothes were visibly dirty, further raising hygiene concerns. He never had the responsibility to wear gloves or head covers. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and poses serious health risks. The Canadian food department should urgently inspect this location and consider shutting it down until proper hygiene standards are met.
This was my first order, and I got the $10.99 Canadian pan pizza. It was absolutely delicious. I loved the thick crust. I ordered through the app and arrived just as it was finished. I will be back, and my wife already wants to try Hawaiian next.

This is NOT a food review for the restaurant. i walk by this area every day to see employees smoking outside in the back, while that’s their prerogative, it should also be their responsibility to dispose of garbage and especially the cigarette butts that cover the whole green space by the back door.Makes you wonder about the cleanliness inside, too. As a member of a household that regularly gets takeout, I would only consider ordering from the spot if they tidy up their designated area.

This location is a rip off! It was literally the only location to not honour the $10.99 pizza Deal of the Day. My pizza ended up being almost $18, $25 if I upgraded to a large!I called and they wouldn't help me! They kept saying I had to go online! I kept explaining my situation, and they didn't care.We ended up going to the Hazeldean location, and they honoured the Deal of the Day, like every other location except for Innovation Drive!!I used to order from there because they are close to me, but I'll drive an extra 15 minutes just so I don't support them ever again!
