Someone ordered a pizza using my address, my father unfortunately paid for the pizza thinking one of my family members ordered it. Turns out he got doubled charged for 2 different amounts. Customer service is awful couldn’t refund my father and refused to help in anyway, “claiming they couldn’t do anything.” Would I recommend this establishment no. would I recommend anyone order or do any business absolutely not. Avoid at all cost. And watch your bank account.

Food is good, service is poor. My main issue is the franchise itself, what kind of system doesn’t allow you to pay for extra toppings? Not customizable at all, XXL pizza you get 3 toppings and you can’t pay to add more

I ordered a pizza thru the app asking for the pizza to be easy on the cheese but when I pick it up and open the box to see that the pizza was how I had asked for it I found that the pizza had the normal amount of cheese. I informed the employee who made it that I had asked for easy on the cheese and that the amount of cheese was what was put on a normal pizza order he then goes to inform me that this was easy on the cheese and had stuck his finger into the cheese to show me I had then asked for a discount or for a new pizza to be made but was told sorry and no I then said that if I get sick due to all the cheese cause I am lactose intolerant both the employee and pizza pizza would be at fault.

Service was so BAD. I do not recommend. I wanted to purchase a combo, women was rude and unkind. Okay understandable maybe she was busy, probably online orders. But what shouldn't happen is asking for 1 pizza and getting another beacuse you burned a pizza. I had ordered a Hawaiian pizza, however she left for 20mins the pizza came out chard. She then asked me to pick another different type of pizza since she had burned the orginal one. No compensation and no apologies. Food overall is good but not the service.

Made me wait for 15 mins to get 2 dipping sauces. The guy was chilling at the back. When i ask him he started yelling and ignored like i wasn’t even there. Terrible service!
Chicken is super raw. I even asked for 'well done' but still raw! This is the second time i ordered in this branch but still sucks and also gave me a wrong sauce. Whats wrong with the guy working there? He looks like he doesnt love what hes doin. lol

Took 50 minutes for a walk in pizza. I was told it would take 10 minutes. Many people walked in and out with their pizza’s. Never going here again. The staff kept making excuses saying it was a printing error which makes no sense. They dropped cheese on the floor, almost a whole bag and put it back into a container. Disgusting!
