Consistently the best bubble tea spot in the region. Generous proportions, great selection, and avoids a lot of the funny-stuff in the ingredients that otherwise keeps my friends with food sensitivities away from the bigger chains

This is a great place to get your sweet fix for the day and it is conveniently located for those in Kanata North. There is a wide variety of drinks on the menu and their tapioca pearls are chewy and taste fresh. The staff is also very kind! I would highly recommend Green Leaf for your next bubble tea run!

Actually I don’t want to write this review, but it’s been a long time since I’ve tasted such terrible milk tea. It doesn’t taste like tea at all. It looks white when you look at the photo. Even if you want to build your own brand, you have to keep up with the product. Anyway, I’m going to try it again. I won’t go there either (no wonder there wasn’t a single customer in the store when I went there, I had to queue up every time I went there?)

Apart from the fact that their bubble teas are overpriced and don't taste great, this store has absolutely no care for their customers' satisfaction. In fact, I ordered a drink for my little brother which he didn't really like. I kindly and politely asked one of the workers if, by any chance, I could get it replaced because it did not taste good. Specifically, I just asked him a new drink with the same flavor and without milk this time. The worker then started to scream at me saying they don't remake drinks here. His violent behaviour didn't stop there as he was also punching the counter whilst pointing towards the menu in frustration. He was also mixing in words from another language during his violent tirade. Overall, from the awful customer service to the overpriced menu items, I would advise people to not go to this branch of Green Leaf Bubble Tea.

Oh my days, I got sick every time I went here. I went three times and puked after finishing my drink, not because it tasted bad but I think the pearls weren't stored properly..I saw the fridge and it was actually off ?

I don’t know what happened to this place but my recent order was new levels bad , everything was extremely watered down , the mango gt i ordered tasted like store bought, the banana strawberry was so watered down i could only barely taste the banana , and the green tea with pearls was again also extremely watered down it actually tasted bitter , probably wont order again

Lately feels like the quality has gone downhill, Had strawberry creme very watered down. This place was very good before they changed Brand names.. Paper large cups they use now get soggy fast. Likely won't return any more.
