Had a horrible experience at this location, the employee/manager was not willing to listen kept on arguing and didn't even apologize for her mistake. Wanted to ask if the sugar can be adjusted, she just refused and started arguing then other employee said there is an option to reduce the sugar or replace with honey

This place offers a refreshing and tasty experience with their brewed drinks. I tried the Mango flavor, and it was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The design of the sitting area is modern and comfortable, making it a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy your drink.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the price — it’s a bit on the expensive side. However, if you’re looking for quality and freshness, it’s definitely worth a try.

I always take the strawberry banana with strawberry bubbles it’s really good And we also tried the piña colada one it’s really tasty I recommend it I always put less sugar and less ice bcs it’s very sweet

Been here several times. The smoothies are always good. I am giving a 3 star because of the hours. We went there on a Monday night. The sign on their door said they were open until 9pm and online it said 8pm. We were there just a little after 7pm and the lady motioned to us that they were closed. Our kids were disappointed that they couldn't get bubble tea.

The fruits are not ripe at all, the mango has almost no taste (it's shameful to serve them to customers)... I've never had this problem in other RFBT stores

2024.10.12： I had a question about the product information on the order machine, so I said, “Excuse me,” hoping to ask the staff member for help. The staff was just standing there, giving me a sideways glance without even turning her head. Her facial expression clearly said, “It’s self-service, just buy it yourself, don’t ask me.”
In the end, I awkwardly ordered the drink, only to realize afterward that I had either forgotten or didn’t get the chance to ask them to make it sugar-free. It was an unpleasant experience overall.
Unfortunately, neither of our teas actually had any actual "tea" in them. A black milk tea and green tea with lychee flavor were basically just flavoring/sugar. Neither had ANY detectable tea flavor, basically just sugar water. Regular sweetness is insanely sweet too. Trashed them both... unfortunately.

Excellent bubble tea spot, usually go for the mango diamond slush and taro milk tea. The portion is quite good as well and there is plenty of tapiocas, you can ask for less ice as well. Overall great spot and a nice way to cool down with these beverages!

We tried our favorite mango slush with mango chunks, and it was refreshing and tasty as always. However, next time I'll probably order the slush without the mango chunks, as they kept getting stuck in the straw. Since it was a weekend, the place was very crowded—everyone needed their favorite drinks to manage the sun and the heat!

I just had a bad experience at this place in tanger , I paid 12.41 for a medium avocado smoothie ,the place was busy and there was one of the employee making a jug of avocado smoothie for 3 other orders before mine . By the time she filled the other three orders ,There wasn't enough smoothie left to fill my smoothie .so she went to get an avocado and was about to peel it and another employee came and stopped her saying it's OK to put some extra ice and sugar and blend to make for my order. They started laughing while my smoothie was blended. I asked the cashier that I would not want to compromise on my drink as I paid 12.41 for avocado smoothie which should majorly have avocado not ice and sugar.in an unpleasant tone showing her fingers at me asked me to wait as she continued to do her other drinks . She could have just requested me to wait for a few minutes. This is not how you do customer service.after a few minutes she came and issued a refund. There was no Apology for the experience I had , I had waited for about 20 minutes by then. I was off from work and wanted a refreshing smoothie to quench my thirst. The brand says real fruit but if your staff are not living up to your brand it should be looked into. Anyways I won't return to a place where you don't treat a customer with a minimum respect.
