Detoured to drive-thru to support Canadian business and was disappointed. You guys need to really put your best efforts these days and outperform your American competitors. Waiting for only one car served in the drive-through line was impossibly long as they ordered only two drinks! As for my order, the scone was fine, for coffee I asked for 2 milks and one sugar but not sure if they put any or the roast was really dark. I will try other locations but not sure about this one.

I love Second Cup lattes, which I always order and why I stay loyal.
My huge complaints are:
1. The state of the washrooms. One has been out of order since 2020. The other is filthy. There doesn’t seem to be any effort or pride put in this cafe by the owner.
2. I can’t help but compare costumer service between it and the nearby Starbucks where the employees are cheerful, engaging, energetic and thank us when we tip them…everytime.
This could be a very successful cafe with its location and well placed patio but it really needs some love!

Definte 0 star if visible! Service by the same person as other reviews stands VERY TRUE! Very very disrespectful level of service with attitude! When a customer has a legit request due to personal preference / allergies, it should always be adhered to without receiving attitude! MANAGEMENT PLEASE address the unacceptable level of service by the specific employee! We are not paying $$ to be receiving needless attitude! Also, retraining the same employee in making better tasting drinkable beverages as other Second Cup locations! Level of service is of paramount!

Barista was extremely rude. Gave me attitude when I told her I ordered a small instead of a large in drive thru. She clearly doesn’t like her job. The owner of this location should seriously reconsider who he hires.

When I went with a couple of my friends, the place wasn't busy. The green tea was $3.10. The place was clean and I would go again.

This place has great potential. It's in a busy Kanata area and has a drive thru which is great for busy moms that have a hard time getting out of the car with car seats and shenanigans. I just gave birth a few weeks ago and finally decided today to get out of the house with my toddler and newborn. From the moment I got in I was greeted with an attitude by an employee by the name of Katherine. Maybe she's had a rough day, or way too many clients. It's a busy location. I ordered 20 bucks worth of food and drinks for me and my toddler. Katherine didn't ask what size I wanted and just assumed I wanted a medium of the caramel corretto (decaf) I chose. It was gross. I kept drinking through it while eating my muffin. I guess I thought maybe it would get better after a few sips. It did absolutely not. It tasted like nescafé that I can make in 2 seconds by dissolving the package into hot water. I paid quite a few bucks for that. There was barely any milk foam... I proceeded to ask Katherine if there's something that can be done about it. With a condescending tone and major attitude, she responded " I can't do anything now that you drank half through it". It's true, I did drink .. I was wondering if something can be done maybe by adding a bit more milk or anything at all to make it less sweet and that's what I was asking about. But with that response I asked if another drink can be made instead. Maybe an unsweetened coffee. She said she'd have to ask her manager. She took my cup, washed it as I waited for her to speak to her manager which she didn't while I was there. She came back and said "I can't do anything or give you a free drink like that " with her condescending attitude. There are plenty other coffee shops with much better service and much better tasting coffee. It would be a good idea to keep up with the competition if this business cared. I will not be going through the hassle of spending my well earned money to ruin my day like that.Side note : pretty sure my coffee also was NOT made decaf.

Feb 5/24 around noon (ish). Young lady with long dark hair.This has now happened a few times. I have gone in and ask "how long has the coffee been sitting?"The reason I asked this question is because I've got on my case and started driving only to find my coffee cold.Today she responded saying about 3 hours. I asked if she could do a pour over and she refused. Her response was "I can heat it up for you?" Ummmm NO! I’m paying six dollars for a fresh coffee I do not want something heated up. Her response was "it’s three dollars a coffee." I don’t care how much it is, I want fresh coffee not "heated up".This is the third time over left this store empty handed and frustrated.Yes, it's "just coffee!"
