Wow, bunch of kids who have no training at all are making Latte and cappuccinos, I ordered a grande cappuccino, after ten minutes she gave me an espresso with foam on it, I told her this is not a cappuccino , she asked another person to prepare a new one, same. I threw it away. Now I understand that when you have a professional espresso maker at home ( Profitec 600 pro ) and you froth a nice milk at home, then the outside ones are not good at all.

There is nothing quite like the Starbucks hot chocolate and itās even better when you put it in the bigger cups so you can pay for extra whip cream! Yummy! Puppy loves those pup cups too!

A huge thank you to the team- Natasha, Nadja and Gen. We had been there to grab our favourite drink after picking up party stuff for my sonās birthday. My son was given his free drink (vanilla ) but unfortunately in his attempt to balance his scooter, he dropped his drink down. I walked into the store to buy one for him and guessā¦ the kindness of these three wonderful people! They made him another drink added sprinkles and did not accept any payment! Can never forget this wonderful gesture of showing kindness to 9 year old. Teaching children āitās okay mistakes do happen after all you are still learning!!!ā I am touched by their kindness.

āIām giving one star overall but five stars to the service team because theyāve always provided excellent service. However, I wonāt be deliberately visiting Starbucks anymore due to their stanceāor lack of oneāregarding the Palestine-Israel situation. Until I hear otherwise in terms of the companyās position on this matter, Iāll be taking my business elsewhere. Service is great, but global responsibilities matter just as much.

I just went to the Starbucks. I ordered a tall dark roast black. Person serving me added water to my coffee. When I asked why they told me because the coffee was old and it would taste bitter if they didnāt add water. So you go to top line coffee shopand you donāt get fresh coffee. You get coffee that is so old they need to add water to it. Itāll be Timms for me from now on at 2/3 the cost. I understand why Starbucks is failing.
My husband ordered 3 drinks today at this Starbucks. Gave the employee a $20 bill to pay and asked to scan my phone for the stars. She stated it was too late to scan the phone for the stars as she'd need to refund him to do so. She was holding the $20 bill so hadn't started to complete the transaction. Unclear why she wouldn't scan the phone to give me the scans I was owed. The only thing I can think is she was too lazy to do so. Good thing there are multiple Starbucks in the area because I won't be going back. Very poor customer service.

I ordered an iced strawberry oat matcha latte, but I was disappointed with the drink. The matcha was clumpy and not well blended, and instead of oat milk, regular milk was used.
