baristas do not care about your presence, you will be waiting for them to acknowledge your presence for 10 minutes straight and then the minute they do, they don’t take your order. if they were, they would probably get it wrong based on the reviews. i wouldn’t know the food and drink experience because i was not served by anyone due to the baristas not being aware of customers IN store.

I ordered from the Starbucks several times a week it is almost always wrong. This time they simply didn’t follow any of the additional instructions and forgot the sauce for my breakfast sandwiches. Unbelievable considering they always ask you for a tip. How about you do your job to the minimum standard and then ask for a tip

Always a great start to the morning! The drive-thru team is consistently friendly, quick, and upbeat- even during the busiest rush. My order is always perfect, even though I’m one of those customers with a few extra requests. They never miss a beat and always make those early mornings a little brighter. Ordered Vente double cream double sugar. Received 2% milk and hardly any sugar taste and it wasn’t stirred. And left a tip as well. Not impressed as I am now too far away to get this corrected. Not impressed when you pay so much for a coffee. Note to staff - repeat back order and fulfill order correctly

Sorry guys, but you need to work on your sense of urgency. I ordered 1 drink and waited over 10 minutes, when there were maybe two more people in the store (including drive). Additionally, I ordered oat milk but got regular instead. They offered to change but it took another who knows how long.
