Honestly I think Starbucks in general has gone downhill. They have nothing fresh in the bakery items, it's all pre-bagged stuff brought in, which they take out of a plastic bag to put in their branded paper one. Everything is also so overpriced, and they've taken out most comfortable seating, it's not very inviting. I'm seeing it more and more with all Starbucks locations though, it's not what it used to be.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!! My friend and I went this morning and ordered our beverages and wraps. We asked for 6 packs of sriracha per wrap. We get up to the drive thru and the dark haired girl with black glasses says “sorry only 2 packs per visit “ then I said seriously? She proceeds to slam the window shut in my face and says have a good day. I didn’t even get the rest of my order…..unacceptable…..I go to Starbucks every morning and spend a fortune there monthly. The nerve of this place to limit small little packets of sauce is completely ludicrous. Meanwhile they charge a fortune for their food and beverages. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN….

Super sad to be posting this.
Turkey Sage thing was not right this morning (Nov 13) - full food poisoning response. I have never... had a bad starbucks experience, so I was shocked.

Please review the Turkey Sage croissants in stock.

the music at your store is really loud in the early morning. It would be great to keep it quieter so people can enjoy their coffee in a calm, peaceful!!

So high volume music in the morning in weekdays in this location.

People like to start their morning quietly/peacefully while drinking their morning coffee(may be with normal level -good sound but not high volume).
I told a couple of times the issue to workers in the location but they absolutely act like unprofessional.
Please regulate this high sound issue and music in the early morning in your location.

I had a bad experience today when I visited the Starbucks on Iber rd, i usually always order from the hazeldean location, but i wasnt in that area today.. Anyways I had asked for a mocha frappuchino and it did not taste like my usual order and I was disappointed and came to my original location to exchange it and the customer service was excellent, the person was very understanding and exchanged my drink without any issues and my son wanted a cookie which we received for free. Highly suggest this location.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but Zack at Starbucks absolutely deserves the recognition. Hands down the best barista we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience memorable. Not only did he perfect our drinks (seriously, they were next level), but he did it all with such charisma and charm—oh, and did I mention he’s ridiculously handsome? Blown away. Someone give this man a raise! 🤩💖

Zach was AMAZING. Drive thru experience was incredible because of his energy, the drink i requested was amazing I asked for multiple things to be put into it and didn't make me feel bad for wanting extras in my drink! So I got to enjoy with a smile and no guilt. I hope he reads this and it makes his day because he made ours. And my friend thought he was a cutie! 🤭👀🩷

It's a standard Starbucks with the added perk of being ignored when you want to order. Eventually one of us got to order but the rest of the group apparently was SOL. Add in the extra level of irritation of being expected to tip for a prepackaged baked item and pouring a basic black coffee.

It's also pretty obvious that the drive thru customers are way more important than the ones inside.
