This location is so slow, avoid at all costs unless you have 30 minutes to burn in the drive through.

Tried to get a refund on a gift card, and they wouldn't even look at the card or the receipt!
The card is unused and I had the original receipt.
The card itself says that refunds are provided for unused cards with original receipt.
I want my refund people.
Do better.

Very poor service. Nov 28 , 3:30 pm mobile Ordered two muffins . Waited until the order shows ‘ Ready to pick up ‘ . But my Order was not actually ready there when I went inside . Even after that , they didn’t started working on that . We went to the counter and asked the employees about this status . They said they will work on our order hereafter . But , clearly we can see they are chitchatting with each other and not working on anything. Waited for another 10 minutes to receive just warmed muffins . So , totally waited 20 minutes. They intentionally postponed this order and worked on other orders which was in line after us in a very slow pace . It was not even busy in this time . There are three employees there who are totally irresponsible and not minding on the customers. These three persons don’t deserve to be here . Because Starbucks doesn’t works in this way . Never ever had received these kind of treatment from any of the Starbucks branches . Especially the male employee is very rude and deliberately worked on my order too slow after I told him it’s getting too late . Unable to give zero star so placed one star .

This is the second day in a row where this location has closed in the early afternoon without notice and without explanation. Both times staff asked all customers within the cafe to leave immediately as they were suddenly closing the cafe.

I questioned my life and existence after visiting this location. I normally rate Starbucks very highly, but the service here is unfathomably slow. It took us 19 minutes to get through this drive through. We know because we started our baby’s nap timer as we entered. It wasn’t that the lineup was super long or wrapping around anywhere. They just took soooo looooong foooooor everyyyyyy vehicleeeee. After such a long time between ordering and getting to the window, I thought they would have our one latte and one tea ready to go. They still took a bit to get them. Utterly insane. I will never go through this drive through again.
