Great location and atmosphere, and the staff are really accommodating. Just a suggestion: I always get a coffee with cream but the cream is put in cold, so the coffee goes lukewarm pretty fast. Would it be possible to get this heated up before it’s added?

I went through the drive-thru to pick up 3 drinks for myself and my friends, but my car is small and only has two cup holders, both of them were occupied. The employee was so thoughtful and provided me with a tray. Since I had to put the drinks on the passenger seat, I asked if there was any other way to secure them. She offered me some sealing stickers to put on the lids, and honestly, that’s saved my ass!!! While driving, I drove over a bump, and all the drinks fell over. I screamed and quickly lifted them back up, and realized that not a single cup had spilled, thanks to the sealing stickers! I’m incredibly grateful to this employee. I regret not asking her name. She’s the angel! I really appreciate her!

The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, contributing to the warm ambiance typical of Starbucks locations. However, parking can be a bit tricky, as it's shared with other businesses in the plaza, and spaces may be limited during peak hours. Despite this, it's a great spot for a laid-back coffee break or to spend some time unwinding.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. I go back and forth between Kanata, Bells Corners and Stittsville a lot and have a few other Starbucks locations to choose from, but this one is my favourite. Unlike the nearby locations, the staff is consistently nice and friendly and they always take the time to say hello, greet the customer, and even chat a little. I also love their patio, and appreciate that it's dog friendly, and they have a dog water bowl outside as well. When I was there the other day (Monday, May 27th) late aft/early evening, the two ladies behind the counter were super friendly and had no trouble giving me a large glass of water without ice for my dog. On my way out, I ordered a grande dark roast to go, but unfortunately they didn't have any more left (it was after 7pm), but the nice staff member who served me (Scott, I believe) offered to make me a pourover (even though they were closing soon) and said it'd be a few minutes. SO I went back out to the patio to clean up my stuff and put my dogs in the car while I waited. As I put them in the car, Scott (I SO hope I got his name right as he was super fantastic) came out and brought my coffee to the door. He saw I was putting my dogs in the car and he even waited and offered to bring it to me. Just amazing service, and very kind and helpful too. I love this Starbucks and it's become my go-to when I'm in the area. AMAZING staff! Thanks guys!! You guys are all awesome!!
