I don't mind supporting my local Starbucks, however at this location if I was the owner I would literally fire the whole lot of the staff.. instead of promptly taken care of my order they stood around sharing photos on their cell phones. The only one who appears to work at this location is a young man named Oliver. I suggest you being on better guard, for mystery shoppers.

Terrible service. Asked for an extra dry cappucino with ZERO milk, just foam and got a full sized latte... asked for a remake and got the same thing... on the third try i got something w half milk and half foam and gave up at that point. 1 review because the server try the first cup into the garbage w such disgust and pissiness i was shocked... the third cup was coated in foam on the outside - zero pride in their work... when you are told zero milk just foam it means scoop it up and dump it in.... plus they were out of brown sugar...That being said went through the same location 3 hours earlier and the coffee was perfect, staff was friendly and pleasant. If anyone from mgmt is reading the staff from 10:45 was wonderful.
I ordered a grande London fog and when I went to the window they informed me that they only had one earl grey tea bag left, without even asking they offered me a free drink and pastry. Great service through and through.

I had the most exceptional experience at Starbucks the other day from Bailey! After a mix-up with my coffee order, Bailey went above and beyond to make things right. Bailey not only apologized sincerely but also took the initiative to call ahead to the next location on my route, ensuring I could easily pick up a new coffee. Her proactive and thoughtful approach truly made my day, and I'm incredibly grateful for her outstanding customer service.
