Came in on December 10th at 8:40PM, they close at 9:00PM.
Workers were immediately extremely annoyed that I even walked through the unlocked doors and immediately said "We are closed, you need to go." I asked them if they close at 9 as I checked my watch and they said "Yes but we are cleaning, you need to go".

If you close over 20 minutes before the advertised closing time then the business hours should be updated.

I normally have pleasant experiences when the owner is working but these workers were very rude, will take my business to a different franchise location.

I normally like coming here and the owner is nice when I see him working out front. But today a staff member was extremely rude to me and was clearly apathetic and not wanting to work here. I’m only giving this a bad review because i want the owner to see it so that he can keep this place working well. I want to keep coming here.

Worst experience ever, chicken shawarma bowl had only 2 pieces of chicken, the bowl only half full. Staff not friendly at all.

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at Subway. I ordered the chicken rancher and the lady that works here put almost no chicken on one half of the sub. I asked her to put a bit more on because there was a giant empty space and she says “I will only put on one piece.” She passes it over to the guy next to her to put the toppings on it, and he’s coughing none stop. People started leaving because of how gross and rude they were being.

Asked for a gluten free bun, looked like it was a big ask, he had to change his gloves Asked if the chicken was gluten free, he said he did not know off the top of his head in a nasty tone said to look up on the app, I did not have my phone I have celiac, the girl that was there took over because he was no help and was much kinder I am not trying to be difficult ,, pisses me off

Average subway sandwich.The bread is fresh, the salad bar is standard, and the service is ok.I have never found anything bad in my subway, but nothing special either.

Today I remembered why I always preferred Quiznos over subway, it’s not as good as it used be, bread smoke is difficult to chew and swallow . This place needs to be more generous with ingredients for what I’m paying. And needs to refresh dry cucumbers and lettuce, it’s still better than other location at 700
