The man who was responsible for preparing my order was unqualified. We did our order online and requested not to add bacon, but he did. When my husband talked to him, he refused to change the order, and he was so rude. He said that he knew that this kind of sandwich had bacon included. The fact that Subway offers you a lot of choices for everything you want. He was unreasonable. He insisted on not correcting his fault while he should apologize for his mistake and offer a new one. My husband asked to talk with his manager, but he refused. BE CAREFUL. This is an improper restaurant to order.
The three guys working there were awesome! I accidentally was standing in the wrong area to order and they thought I was there to pick up an online order. Once they realized I wasn’t picking up and wanted to just order a drink, they apologized profusely and said my drink was on the house. Can’t remember their names for the life of me but kudos to whoever was working May 6th at around 5:30.

I am writing this review mainly to recognize customer service of two staff Krishna and Meet at the 700 March Kanata location. There was an issue with my order and Krishna and Meet handled it very professionally with care. They were very polite, courteous and professional. They were very prompt in communicating and gave the issue urgency for solution. I would give a 5 star for Krishna and Meet's customer service. Thank you.
