On top of this my last 2 orders portion sizes are so small that it frankly borders on theft. Don’t charge me over $10 for a burrito only to have it be barely half filled.

It was a dark and stormy night. I just wrote an exam that went horribly. What else could cheer me up while I am in the depths of despair? Only Taco Bell! So we ventured all the way in a downpour. We ordered one cheesy Gordita crunch meal with baja blast and chips+cheese, one chicken quesadilla, one chicken crunchwrap, one Cinnabon delight and one apple caramel empanada. We had drive thru service as the restaurant doors are locked. What a horrific moment to open our bag and realise half our order was missing !!! NO BAJA BLAST, NO CINNABON, NO FIRE SAUCE, NO CHIPS !!! So my pour boyfriend walked OUT IN THE RAIN to correct our order. Despite what appeared to be an overcast forecast, the very kind workers gave us all our missing items for free. Very impressed with good customer service !! The food was immaculate. I no longer want to cry about my exam.

They have included an extra taco a lot in my meals which is awesome. Some of the extra tacos are because I ordered something that they didn’t have so they wrote me a note apologizing and included an extra item for me. Food always tastes amazing.

Honestly the best Taco Bell location I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and helpful and they put actual effort into making the food. I've been to some Taco Bells where it looks like a donkey put the food together, this location puts in the effort.

Waited so long in the drive through, people looked like they had no idea what they were doing and they ended up not even giving us all the food we paid for. Very disappointed in the service. You’d think if you wait 25+ minutes it a drive through they would at least get your order right…. Not only that they were serving customers through this window rather than telling them to come in the door. Management needs to think about hiring new staff.

This place was so weird. First time ever there, the place was filled with smoke (not a restaurant fire but something took light in the kitchen and was put out). They didn't think to open the door for some reason.
No one was in there, was deserted (maybe because of the smoke).
Main complaint is that it TOOK FOREVER. It took 20 mins to get 6 tacos for a fam of 4. What on earth! That made ordering another taco impossible cause I'm not waiting another 20 mins for something so simple.
We deduced reason for this was widespread and general incompetence. Staff moved slow, could not hustle if their lives counted on it.
I won't go back. Was my first TB in about 30 yrs and now I remember why. You are NOT missing out!

Don't have a local TacoBell, so we go here if we are going to the local dive shop. Love the food. But wish the fries were fresh, you can tell they sit a while before being served. Other than that one of my favorite places to go.
