“Giovanna provided the absolute best service ever! She’s fantastic! Someone in my household has placed an order and when I went to pick it up (and request a minor change to it), Giovanna politely informed me that there wasn’t an online order placed in the Kanata location. I was quite distressed as I knew that by the time I made it to the other location it would be too late (the food would be cold) and the order needed an adjustment (which I figured it would be too late to do). At that time, she saw my distress and encouraged me to come inside the restaurant so she could take a look at it and help me. Once I got in she greeted me with a smile and was very calm and friendly. She reviewed my order, understood the issue right away and offered me some ways to help the situation. She also immediately offered to start making my meal again (this was a larger order for a family of 4); she also spoke with her manager and said I wouldn’t have to pay for it again. They were quick, the food was great and I was treated extremely well. I will definitely be going back to this location anytime we want Taco Bell! I am very grateful for Giovanna and her manager for helping me out tonight, you both are the best! Thanks again 😊“
