Thai Express Restaurant Ottawa

They forgot to prepare the dish and sent the food like this. When I called they asked me to come to the store. I had ordered through a delivery service. I will not waste my money with them again.

I normally love the green curry but this time I didn't like it. The breaded chicken could've been cooked more and the sauce was a bit too watered down.

Drove all the way here, only to see that they haven't updated their hours and it was CLOSED! Not diligent.

Really clean place and delicious food, had a couple great dine-in experiences here and will definitely be back when I crave Thai food!

Very good experience eating here today! The cashier and cook were all very friendly. They also informed us that there is free water. We ordered two pad Thai and tasted delicious. The portion is huge compared to other Thai Express I’ve been to. The interior is clean and well lit. I will definitely be back!

I love Vietnamese and Thai food, but this is the worth I have tried, Thai soup is missing flavour, Pad Thai tastes synthetic, blend, nothing that looks like on the menu pictures. The guy at the counter talk and looks like he doesn't want to be there, not friendly at all. Did not like the attitude. Not coming back.

everything about this location was wonderful, the food was amazing fresh, I found the overall indoor area really beautiful and clean. The service was also just as amazing.

The food was amazing, way better than any thai express ive had. The spring rolls werent ready and I was in a bit of a rush so opted not to get them, but when i went to another store nearby the lady gave my friend a fresh free spring roll for me which i thought was really nice!

Order I received was not what I ordered at all. I paid nearly 4$ extra for coconut milk added to a Tom yum soup with beef. Did not receive any and got tofu instead. The soup I received was at least 7$ cheaper than the one I ordered. It wasn’t busy and no one else ordered a soup. What the heck? I’m tempted to charge back because I was grabbing dinner for myself and a baby and have no way to go back and get it fixed now.

This Thai Express location is always my go-to for food. The food is good. Great staff.

Order pad Thai and needed it to be extra spicy and it was not. The food had burnt eggs and It did not taste like the pad Thai I love. Not sure what happened but this was my worse pad Thai experience????
