Good customer service..

Very bad taste in food. Asked for spicy pad thai, instead got a bland with less sauce and hardly any vegetables and mostly noodles. The one on Terry Fox near DQ is always consistent with great taste.
Looking at the previous reviews, looks like the only thing this place is consistent is getting bad reviews.

We ordered 4 stir fry dishes two days ago. Ate 3 over Saturday and Sunday, and today my daughter attempted to eat the fourth one but to her surprise she found a BANDAID in her rice!!!!!!!!
Someone lost their bandaid in our food and didn’t even bother to check or dispose the food to avoid risking contamination. If the $17 are more valuable than my health and that of my family’s then I’m not interested neither in your food nor in your service. There’s a red line that should never be crossed with hygiene and food handling. If you’re not able to maintain basics of cleanliness when you handle our food then you’re better off closing your store! I’m NEVER buying from this store (or any other Thai express) after this day!

The pad Thai was disappointing at best, it didn’t have much flavour and tasted bland. I’ve been to different Thai express locations and they always serve fairly decent pad Thai for a fast food place. They must’ve also burnt some oil because the takeout boxes made filled the car with a burnt smell. I will say though that the two employees who served me were very kind and relatively fast at preparing my order. I most likely will not be returning.

There is something wrong witg this thai express location, i like it in general but this location food taste weird.

The curry didn’t have taste at all, It felt like they added water to sauce!!! They add veggies randomly although I specifically mentioned what I want. We had to do some treasure hunting to find meat! disappointed !! It used to be my fav place to order thai food but recently it’s been awful

Ordered online, app indicated it would be ready at 17:00. I arrived at the time and they had not even started it. I could understand if it was busy, but there was not a single person in the restaurant. The guy finally found the receipt buried in a long string of print outs.
If you offer online ordering and paying please make sure your people actually check the receipts and start to fulfill the orders.
Super disappointed.
This is the third time this happed.

Ordered stir fry via uber eats two nights ago (march 17th, around 8pm) quality keeps getting worse and worse everytime i go. The veggies were not cooked at all, raw onions and carrots in both meals. Gave concern for the meat and we did not enjoy the meal what so ever. Both boxes were soaked and leaking as the food was too watery, the boxes didnt contain the liquid and went all over our clothes. Since the meal, we’ve been stomach sick for two days now. When i ordered the food i picked it up, the guy was not busy at all i was the only customer inside. i dont know why he couldnt cook the meal properly. We are usually fairly pleased with this location but this last time was too much wrong and uber didnt do anything about it..

I would continue to give this location my money if they handle the worker who is neglectful….. and hire someone who cares about putting out safe and proper dishes………

Dingy establishment with poor service and overpriced below average food that asks for a TIP! I won’t be back here.

Heres what i ordered:
Pad Thai, shrimp; "very" spicy and "extra sauce".

And, it's what I got. I'd say the spice level on their most spicy option is like a medium spice, just FYI. For me, it's perfect as it doesn't take away from the eating experience, it's spicy but, you get the full flavor of the sauce and it's delicious.

The guy working inside is in his own call not taking care of customer. On call laughing and romaing without acknowledging the order. Rude and customer service is horrible. Behaved like he is supreme
