Every time you go to the drive thru is like it’s like a guessing game if you will get what you order….so , I start checking and when you say something is missing they will rudely say you didn’t order it, if you politely ask can I order it now and they will say you have to go back at the back of the drive thru or go inside. It’s sad that the customer service is being sub par now and seems like it’s the norm to all Tim Hortons. Sad how people working in the service industry are just rude and the customer service level is just down the drain.

The worst Tim Hortons on the planet stand there waiting to be served while the worker plays on her phone then comes up to me and says it will be a few minutes more , so i walked out , absolutly the worst store i've ever been to , if you want good service go somewhere else i will be putting a complaint with corporate
