Very frustrated, placed a mobile order that contained 4 sandwiches and 2 drinks 2 out of 4 of them were made incorrectly and the drink was also made incorrectly nothing was said about my sandwiches being switched in my order and left, just to have to go back inside and complain about the incorrect sandwiches and being told that I would have to wait even longer for my order while they continued to serve other guests, totally unprofessional and inconsiderate considering I’ve worked here for 4 plus years and I know it is not rocket science.

I have been to this location on Saturdays at noon and the service is very friendly and fast. The donuts are so amazingly fresh. Best Apple fritter I have had in ages! Good job!

We came in for a coffee and donut. Very little selection at 6 pm. The store is absolutely filthy in the dining room, bathrooms, doors, ledges, serving counters etc. Every table needed to be wiped and there was coffee and hot chocolate spilled and stuck on the floor. I used to work here and I can't believe the state of this restaurant. Seems like Tim Hortons standards have significantly decreased as the Perth stores are also the same.

Every morning, I find myself frustrated with the staff at this Tim Hortons. Sometimes, their language barriers create challenges, but their attitude after realizing an issue is what’s truly unbearable. What happened to the great service and friendly atmosphere Tim Hortons used to be known for? It’s really sad to see this cultural shift in such a classic Canadian chain.

took forever, the person taking my order tinku was incredibly slow and did not take down my order correctly. when i asked for my drink, which was made incorrectly, to be remade another worker grabbed it from me and poured it out then took forever to make my new drink. i think that if you make the drink wrong you should let the customer keep the faulty drink. incredibly frustrating

asked for a sausage farmers wrap and got a bacon one, i asked them if they could remake it and they said the couldn’t because they had no hash browns didn’t even offer me a refund or anything, they also made my drink wrong
The workers at the drive thru this morning (Sept. 26 @8am) were awesome! Despite the lineup being long, I was in and out within 3 minutes. My bagel was perfect and the worker working the cash was super friendly and had great energy! Thanks for starting my day out on a positive note.

Don't bother ordering through the app, you'll just have to go up to the counter and tell them you did so before they start making your food. Isn't the point of ordering ahead that your food is ready when you get there, or very soon after?
