I ordered a couple of bagels and cream cheese, because they didnt have any other food available around 11 pm., the drive thru girl gave me all of my bagels without cream cheese or bagels with trace of cream cheese.

I have ordered a promotion breakfast sandwich at 3$ with any hot drink, but they charged me 4.30 for the breakfast sandwich. When I ask for the explanation, they told me that they don't honnor the promotion because of the tax credit. When I asked for my receit, they saud that they were not abble to provide it to me. Anyway, I had an appointment and didn't had time to argue with the manager for 1.30$. I am quite certain that this is againts the law. At least the sanwich was good.

Ordered a coffee in drive thru and was handed the wrong one. Handed it back to the person explaining it wasn’t the right one and her response was ‘I know.’
Was handed a new coffee with nothing written on top and when I asked what it was I was told ‘whatever you ordered. Do you not know?’
Go anywhere else for a better experience. McDonald’s or the neighbouring A&W or even the other Tim’s across the street. This one is the absolute worst.

Brutal absolutely BRUTAL. In the last 2 weeks ran out of donuts and cookies. 4:30am donuts not ready. 9pm out of donuts and cookies. What is going on in this country. Pathetic! Substituted a muffin which was stale old hard. Close it down if not capable of serving. I went across the street to other Tim’s and they had everything. To save a buck you will lose two losing customers and $. They should have same standards for every Tim Hortons being a franchise.
