Not sure what’s going on lately, they can never get my order right. The other day my steeped tea was handed to me COLD (from a Gatineau location). How can tea be cold? Don’t you pour boiling water directly into the cup? Today this Kanata location hands me my steeped tea 2 milk with a strange colour and curdled milk at the top. And no that’s not normal because I order steeped tea everyday and it’s never like that. Think I’ll be switching back to McDonald’s.

I ordered a couple of bagels and cream cheese, because they didnt have any other food available around 11 pm., the drive thru girl gave me all of my bagels without cream cheese or bagels with trace of cream cheese.

I have ordered a promotion breakfast sandwich at 3$ with any hot drink, but they charged me 4.30 for the breakfast sandwich. When I ask for the explanation, they told me that they don't honnor the promotion because of the tax credit. When I asked for my receit, they saud that they were not abble to provide it to me. Anyway, I had an appointment and didn't had time to argue with the manager for 1.30$. I am quite certain that this is againts the law. At least the sanwich was good.
1 staff started order then another came and interrupted then a third person took over. Staff spoke their language and I have no idea what was said. Could have been talking about me. Very rude.
