The cashier was friendly. But waited for 15 minutes for a single sandwich. Very disorganized behind the counter. No receipt or monitor to track your order. Just servers yell out orders that no one can understand what they are saying.

I felt very rushed by the girl taking my order who kept saying “is that all” but I love this Tim’s. The guy in the drive thru in the early mornings is very nice and his customer service is phenomenal 😊
The coffee was great although they never seem to have scrambled eggs early morning

This is the worst managed place ever. I saw 11-15 employees working in the kitchen and still 10 customer's waiting in the que in store and numerous number of drive thru order's not completed. Management has to be strict here, high time.

Went through the drive thru and was served by Malu and Gurleen. They were very warm and welcoming. Their customer service is top notch! Actually being greeted and treated like more than just someone to shove their food and drinks at is rare nowadays! I will be sure to be back to this location thanks to Gurleen & Malu👍🏻!
I would like to thank the manger✅ and the team for this location for the good service ✅that I got for today, I ordered Iced Latte with brown suger with light ice it was not exactly like the one I used to got! So, I called them after 15 minutes and I spoke with the manger then she was so nice with me and gave me another one with light ice .
